these don't work
A coastline/water's edge, horizon line or boat must be visible.
not an outdoor scene
not large enough to float a boat

It would, horizon and coastline, enough water for a boat

It would, horizon and coastline, enough water for a boat

It has a boat, but I'm not really sure whether or not to count that as a body of water, that's what it's implying though.

I don't think it qualifies as an "outdoor scene"

On August 15, 1914 the Panama Canal opened- an international waterway that allows ships to pass between the Atlantic Ocean and Pacific Ocean.
Read a book with an outdoor scene that depicts a body of water on the cover. The body of water should appear large enough to float a boat that could hold one adult (no toys). A coastline/water's edge, horizon line or boat must be visible.
