Kirstie Ellen (kirstieellen) This is NOT a discussion of the items in the box

Hello and welcome to another delightfully draconic month! What did everyone think of this theme? I thought it was gloriously mysterious and I nearly fainted with excitement at the book - BUT NO SPOILERS.

What do you think is something that ties people close together? Love? Loyalty? Chocolate? What other books do you think could fit into this category? What books do you think have character with strong bonds?

Share your thoughts!

I really liked the theme it was different to what I was expecting but amazing as always :)

I think so many books could work well in this theme, I just finished reading Vampire Academy and I feel that could fit, The two main characters are such great friends and bonded together!

Chocolate definitely ties people together (or at least me to people XD) No, all the above is my answer and I think events and common interest's tie people together as well.

I think when it comes to the ties that bind people together, we're often inclined to focus on the positive things like love, family, friendship etc. But what often falls by the wayside is that negative things tie us to each other, too. Hate somebody who feels the same? That binds you. Baggage with an ex? That binds you to each other, too.

Caffeine and books for mine, though haha. And possibly responsibility? Hmm...

Ooh, yes I like that idea. I can think of so many characters who team up together because of something negative!
