Are we aiming for the usual style BINGO (5 in a row) or to fill the entire card? Do we get to call out if we get BINGO? :-)

I'm newish to Goodreads. Can someone explain how to link a review to the Challenge bingo board? Thanks. Annie.
Should we put links up to reviews for books we DNF? I'm thinking that the reasons I didn't like a book might be just the reasons why some other reader may find it enjoyable...
I'm not sure where we are to call out "BINGO", but I think I just entered my last review. I've had a blast reading a book in every category!
