Sorry guys, haven't been feeling well and the month has gotten away from me.

Here's the October challenge. This is the first time that I think we have used this one, so we'll see how well it goes. If it's really difficult, next year we'll go back to the October golden oldie, tried and true "Creature Feature" challenge.

October 2016

Using one of the lists in GR's listopia features, we are going to read 10 books from the Best Paranormal Romance Series. https://www.goodreads.com/list/show/3... is the list we will be using. Any book in the series will be allowed. List which page number the book appears on.

As an example:
Halfway to the Grave by Jeaniene Frost, Page 1 of the list, but I chose to read This Side of the Grave which is book 5 is how you should post your reads. Only you should link the appropriate books instead of just giving the title as I did.

Ann, just checking - is that the right link? When I click on it it takes me to a list of the best sci-fi and fantasy, not PNR... Halfway to the Grave isn't on the first page. Not that I'm complaining - there's quite a bit on that list I'd like to read, like Ready Player One. I'm just confused.

Thanks Mindy, I thought I was going crazy.

Sigh, GR sometimes changes what is where, is the only think I can think happened. But either list will do, since our interests overlap a lot. And, not too long ago there was no separate category for PNR and UF--it was either fantasy or sci fi. Just link which one you are using when you get started.

I'm in and I like the challenge! And you say in the first post to chose from Best Paranormal Romance Series and give a link to Best Science Fiction & Fantasy Books.

Irene--there is a link to the PNR link in Message 10. You can use either one. PNR and UF are both off--shoots of Sci-fi and Fantasy, and I can remember a time when there was no such thing as PNR and UF, just Sci-fi and Fantasy. Yes, I have been reading for that long. :o) I'm getting long in the tooth, as they say.
