Good morning, my dear readers!! I am excited for our first book club meeting, which is set for Saturday, November 19th. I've put together a few discussion questions to ponder while you're reading our current book selection. (No pressure to answer right now, I personally thought it would be nice to think about these things as we read.) ~ Amanda
1. What are some of the major themes in the book? 2. Do you think this book can be considered a "feminist" piece of literature? Do you think it's "anti-male"? 3. Many of the characters in this book are refugees in some way or another. What makes them similar? What makes them different? 4. Who is your favorite character? Why? 5. Was there a quote or passage that really resonated with you?
