Be sure to read the rules here: [RULES - PLEASE READ THESE FIRST BEFORE SUBMISSION]

The first step to get your book in the pool is to make sure it is indeed a short story. Remember: maximum 25000 words OR it can be read by an average adult in 1 (one) hour.

Please post a Goodreads link to your book in this thread, with all the necessary information about it. This information will be used in the review pool itself, so make sure you include all the requested details.

Any additional comments are welcome. Please let us know if your book contains adult content. If the wordcount is more than 25000 words, please explain in detail why you think it still fits in this category (why it can still be read in less than an hour!).

If, based on the information you provided, the book is eligible, I will let you know, and you can move on to Step 2: Selecting someone else’s short story to review. Please make sure you wait for my response before choosing someone else’s book!

You only need to provide this information once per book. If you want more reviews for the same book, then you do not need to post it here again. If you would like to add another book, then please post the new book details here first.

This step is needed so there are only short stories in the pools, not anything that would only fit in the main pool. If your book doesn’t fit among the short stories, you can still get reviews for it in the main review pool: [BOOK REVIEW POOL]

If the information provided is not accurate, and it turns out that the book does not fit the short story pool, your book will be removed from the short story review pool.

Here's how it's going to work:

1. You post your book in this thread. Same as before.

2. If it's eligible, then (and only then!) go to the review pool, and pick a book to read and review: https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...

3. Receive, read and review the selected book, then post the links to your review here (along with the name of your book that you wish to include in the pool, see step 1): https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...

4. This is when your book gets another possibility for a review.

As you already see in the pool, books can be listed for more than 1 review, so if any of you would like more reviews, then simply follow the above steps. Once your book is "approved" you don't have to do step 1 for that book. If you have a new book that you would like to add, please post that here.
