Written in the Stars it is! :) Go ahead and grab your copy wherever you are able. :) We'll begin in December officially.
We got our book and will be starting it soon. Who's excited for our first read this December? :) Have you gotten your copy of Written in the Stars yet?

I will be going to the library and getting it soon
TOMORROW IS DECEMBER! Are you all ready to dive in to our new book? I've never led a GR reader group before, so I'm making this up as I go along, but I'll probably start discussion topics for this book as I'm reading it, and you can all join in to discuss (or start your own topics, I think?) as we go.
I'm also open to ideas and suggestions on how to do this better. Just let me know! :) ~Lux KK

I really think it was. There were author notes at the end that indicated as such. This still happens, even now, even in our country. It's appalling and frightening that in such a real and visceral way women are still seen as property. :(

By the way we have a discussion thread open for full spoiler discussions for those who have finished reading the book! And we should probably start to think about what we should read for January! It will be here before any of us realize it. YIKES!

Hello everyone!
We'd like to begin our book a month reading/discussion this December. No time like the present, right? I've been doing some research and here are a few options. Let me know which of these you'd be interested in starting with.
We'd like to settle on this soon so everyone has time to get the book before December 1. In the meantime, we're also open to suggestions moving forward. We're hoping some of these can also be found in libraries.
