Justin (justinbienvenue) So as we all know that when it comes to videos Youtube rules with an iron fist, there's no denying it. They are the Amazon of the video world and owned by another juggernaut of the internet, Google. The question I have though is are there other places to post videos and book trailers and if so where? Also is it even worth posting on these other video sites given that Youtube is the most popular? I know there's others but what others are worth considering? I'm ruling out DailyMotion as they have dumb rules and blacklist videos just because links aren't allowed within the video.

Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions?

Might be an eyecatcher to have the video run on a digital frame or tablet set up at your live author events, by the way!

Other place you can insert your booktrailer is within your Amazon Author Central profile. Hope it helps.

Raúl Gilo | 3 comments Hi, all,

Another place you can insert your booktrailer is in Pinterest. Create your profile and upload any image of your video. Edit the image adding the youtube link, and add any description if desired:
Here's my booktrailer in Pinterest:
