Shay Erb recently i read the book :“The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck: A Counterintuitive Approach to Living a Good Life” by Mark Manson
I have a weak spot for the word “Counterintuitive”...

The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck: A Counterintuitive Approach to Living a Good Life
There are many self-help guides that are written as a dry lecture. They are existing and boring. This book is the exact opposite. The book is hilarious. The descriptions are vivid and the book is fluent. I read it in “one stroke” as if it was a mystery book.

I think this book is unique because he shoots the truth at you right between your eyes. It takes the lid off the “common truth” box and shows out in the open how misused they are.

This book will change your perspective in so many areas of your life and your personal development. You will be amazed how you didn’t read this book before.

I think this book is a must read book. The combinations of eloquent and funny languish and innovative content leave the reader speechless.

If you are serious about wanting to change your life, the “The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck: A Counterintuitive Approach to Living a Good Life” book is for you.
you can find it here: The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck: A Counterintuitive Approach to Living a Good Life

Anna Bendewald I love this book. I didn't want to love it, but dang it, Mark Manson makes so much sense and he says things in a way I've never heard them put before. I gave out copies for Christmas, even bought the audio version to listen to while sitting in traffic.

Stone It is intering

Shubham Interesting title and justified in one way or another. This is not something unheard of or you don't know already, if you like all these self-help books and have read many, you will see things repeating but as the title of the book says, 'counterintuitive' it brings all those philosophical and psychological concepts in a new light with the same intention. The narration is hilarious as if watching a comedian giving life lectures with a foul mouth, cursing the shitty ways people follow something without understanding it and making complex things simple to digest by adding humour in it. If you are looking at a typical self-help book(to feel good about yourself-exceptional and unique)with guidelines to follow to make decisions and choices, read something else, you will not find anything written here with absolute certainty (one of the theory he is not giving any f*ks for) or attaining perfection, happiness and positivity (some other f*ks not to give) to lead life, this is just not that. This is something you will absorb quickly only if you operate at a certain frequency, I think this is not for the masses to comprehend and accept immediately or getting them to tune up at book's frequency of psychology. Adding a personal story is always a good way to validate things and connect with readers or including 'quotes' by famous personalities to influence already 'manipulated' mind but the way author has used these techniques to let us ponder again on those is great. This is like putting 'positive' things in 'negative' light to see their hidden attributes and realize something you always avoid to even think about (like death!).
All in all a very well written book with some good ideas too. Sometimes, you may stumble upon contradictory statements (which author is also saying it is) but you will get other statements to justify them (or a disappointment panda will come to your rescue). Author is 'high' on relationships and will transfer his trip to you in the end. My advice-don't give too many f*ks to what author says also, I'm sure you understand these things in your own way; the important thing is to realize they are understood.

Roy When I first saw the cover I was like "Seriously?", but later when I finally read it I was so impressed. It gives readers a simple guideline to make all aspects of life clear - relationaships, work, daily routine. Fucks we give in an underrated currency and we do need to check where we invest them

Annie Solid book but it took me a while to get used to the authors potty mouth.
Hard to accept most of us have average lives when everyday we are given messages on standing out, looking different, reaching for the stars and on and on..

Praveen Narsima This book has discussed about handful of limiting beliefs or destructive habits that one can hold such as envy, victimization, excuses. Also had a glimpse reference of buddha`s spiritual aspects and so on. Especially this book has adressed burnout and self-fulfilling prophecy in an elegant way.

Kimmo Kyle I think Ant Middlleton speaks a little of the same in his new book. More black and white, less of that fuzzy gray area.

Apoorv Kulshreshtha When I first saw this name, I was attracted to it beccause if a writer can put teh title of book in sucha way than, how the book woulddd be. I was impressed when I read it. It shatteredd by limiting beliefs and I said goodbye to Some of my limiting beliefs I could recognize through this book .

Gauri Gharpure I love this book. Almost as spiritual as it is shrewd!
