F.S. Fayth (fsfayth) | 2 comments Hi all,

Being a new self-published author, I would like to say 'hi' to everyone in this group, and to become friends with other authors who fit this genre.

This book was only released 2 months ago, but I would like to reach out to anyone else who has gone through a difficult time & used writing to help. Please check-out a blog on my profile which included more information about me/why I wrote this etc.

I look forward to meeting you all !

Cheers,
FS Fayth

Fredrick Swan (goodreadscomfredrickswan) | 2 comments Hello, I'm new to your group. My challenges of having died from a cardiac arrest, 40 minutes of CPR and subsequent partial blindness and some time sequencing issues, led me to write a book involving a journey across the span of my life. I am an author and artist living in Portland, Oregon. My website: V=http://www.fredrickswan.com/2014/01/1....
The preview of my book, "Parentheses, A memoir of my life before, during and after my death" can be found on Amazon. Last post in which I'll shamelessly self promote but will instead look forward to learning about all of you. Fred

F.S. Fayth (fsfayth) | 2 comments Hi Fred,

Sounds like you've been through a harrowing time - being a itu nurse I can fully comprehend what you've been through. But have you found writing has helped? Its certainly helped me - after having my children wrongly taken away from our care for 4 years which eventually resulted in my gaining a cancer diagnosis from the stress encountered.

I will certainly look at your book. And no reason why you shouldn't self promote - I do on every occasion which, in itself is almost like continued therapy - if you get my meaning ? !

Anyway, good to chat with you.

FS Fayth

Kimberly Bell | 3 comments Hi everyone! I am a speaker, minister and author who uses personal life struggles to inspire others to never give up hope. I recently spoke on A Woman's Soul Restored podcast. On this spiritual podcast, we shared stories of healing from childhood trauma and pain. We talk about how past traumas don’t define or dictate one’s future. Through these conversations, I hope that you can also be inspired to reclaim your power, to believe in yourself, and rise up with confidence and spirit.
