Victorians! discussion

I've done something a little different with the reading schedule. Because it's the crazy busy holiday time, the number of pages per week have been reduced. The second and third weeks cover one chapter. I did not break out the pages, as we all use different versions. The thread will be posted week two, and the discussion for week three will continue in that same thread.

12/13 - Chaptet 1 - The Gift Bestowef
12/20 and 12/27 - Chaptet 2 - The Gift Diffused
1/3 - The Gift Reversed

Chapter 2 thread will be posted next Wednesday as I will be traveling on Tuesday.

This is the one Dickens Xmas book I've never read. It'll be good to complete the Canon!

Is it a long'un? Or can I just make comments at the end?

It's a novella. The second chapter is the longest. Knowing how you quickly you read, you should easily be able to catch up. We've only done a chapter and a half.
