B=beah (translation: beer) or bed (where we all need to be at 3 a.m. after our New Year celebrations)
G = Grapes
"The twelve grapes of luck" is a Spanish tradition of eating a grape with each bell strike at midnight of December 31.
Not that I'm Spanish, but it's something I came across one year and thought it sounded fun.
I'm also taking
H = HOPE
2014 was marred by the greatest heartbreak I've ever experienced
2015 was marked with profound joy with the arrival of my son
2016 has also been marred by heartbreak
So I'm hoping beyond all hope that 2017 will bring joy again. 2017 is going to play a major role in shaping the direction of my family's lives and all I can do is hope for the best.

I like the Spanish tradition of a grape with each bell strike. It's amazing what fun facts we learn here.
Since wine is made from grapes, I am tempted to substitute a sip of wine for each bell strike. Or champagne (basically wine with carbonation!) ;p
I = INVITATION to a party
