As I indicate that I have "read" a book, I can, at the same time, click the 2016 or soon 2017 box. I didn't realize it would be that simple. Or if I indicate "currently reading" I can click the year. You can go to my profile and see my shelf titles and how I indicated the years.

A couple were short and I am trying to tackle that TBR pile. That is my goal for 2017.

Thanks Mary, like I said, they were short. But, I am looking forward to sinking my teeth into the longer books and now I can tackle those box sets I have and the series. Whew! I'm tired already. I may have to have that twitch checked out in my eye. LOL!!

Laughing. There have been so many good books showing up here as we start the new year that I am glued to my kindle - not up to Jeanne's level but enjoying long, then short, then long, again books of mostly great quality. I have read 5 and am about 1/2 way through an ARC copy of a soon to be released book...and it is another one of medium length.
