Nathan "N.R." Gaddis (nathannrgaddis) | 194 comments Nice schmidtian ambiguity here. Fun stuff.

The twilight/toilet of the Gods/guts.

Not to mention that behind "guts" is always (at least in my head) the german word for "good".

In case you've got an extra four hours ::

(damn, why couldn't Wagner say what he had to say in a four=minute pop song?)

And of course any number of heavy metal songs/albums about the twilight. But I don't see too much going the toilet route....

Jean Louis | 6 comments surprising title(s) for the books 6 and 7
book 6 Draino ! Rohrfrei in german
book 7 The t(w/o)ilit of the g(od/ut)s

the first is a known product to unclog a bathroom drain
the second, when using the second lettering refers either to the R. Wagner oper, or the "toilet of the guts"
a scatologic interpretation would easily link both titles

does it mean that AS wanted to prove something about guts ?
interestingly the mode in 3 columns continuously changes through the book 6, invading the whole page, disappearing in 4 columns.

i wonder if any curious use of butter or any other product, like in the "last tango in paris" would be found in the text (I haven't yet read it in details)
