This guy used to enthrall Paris equally with Victor Hugo. So I understand. He seems rather forgotten/BURIED today. BUT this is the second occasion today I've encountered him today in BD/ZT. That is, just here at BD425/ZT421 and probably somewhere between here and BD400.
