Karishma changlani (sarcasmnymph) For my reading list for 2017. Can anyone recommend me fantasy books centered around pirates? Not just involving pirates on the side but revolving around ship wars, and salty wenches, sea monsters and lost treasures. Also if it includes female pirates, all the better.

Thank you, :D

Margret Book #2 of the Gentleman Bastards series is a pirate-tastic book (Red Seas Under Red Skies)

Jarek "the Mistborn" Dąbrowski (jarekthemistborn) The black company by Glenn cook. Not your typical pirate book though

That's what came to mind for me too.

Steel, it doesn't have a very high overall rating and it's a young adult novel but it fits your criteria for female pirates. I've been debating wither or not to put it on my TBR.
