I like the idea of being more up to date with recent stuff (to balance out the challenge of reading more 19th century stuff), so hey, I'm aiming for 3 books released during 2017:

Level One: Curious: read 1 new release

Level Two: Curiouser: read 3 new releases

message 4: by Marianne (new)

A quick question- Harley Quinn The Jokers Last Laugh was released in 2016 in hard cover, the soft cover released in 2017. Since I have the soft cover, would it count for this, or do you go by the original release date?

message 14: by Renee, Mistress of the Mini-Challenge (new)

Renee M | 4789 comments Mod
The original release date was what I had in mind.

A rerelease with significant changes would also work. For example, an unedited version or new chapters discovered in a trunk. Something like that.

Kathy, sorry I just now saw your post! Yes, IT was really good, even though it took me like a month to read it! The characters are really well developed, and there are so many little nuances.

message 26: by Jackie (new)

Jackie I have finished with Level 2 and that is the highest level I thought I would complete. See message 6.
