Josie | 18 comments It's definitely a time commitment, but it's worth it! The story moves fairly quickly for such a long book and Rothfuss is just a masterful writer. It's beautiful and exciting, the world building is wonderful and there are so many pieces that are just expertly woven together. It's one of my favorite books and I highly recommend giving it a try!

It says "written with a poet's hand", is this free verse? As I really can't stand books that aren't written in prose.

Josie | 18 comments It's prose, but it is very poetic... and music plays a major role, so there are some poem-like pieces within it.

I'm cool with poem-like pieces, as long
as the whole story
isn't written in such a way that
seems
to give you motion sickness
while you're reading lol

Eliza Taye (eliza_taye) | 451 comments It sounds interesting. I'll have to add it to my to-read shelf. :)

Josie | 18 comments I totally get that. It takes a certain kind of story to pull that off, and this is not one. But it's truly wonderful. I'm excited to discuss it once some people have read it!
