This book takes place in 1992 as stated on a page before the story starts. It is a quirky, romantic comedy that involves old loves, ghosts and two orphaned children. It was a fun, easy read and I'm glad I picked it up on a whim at the library.

Natália Lopes (silkcaramel) I Like It Like That (Gossip Girl, #5) by Cecily von Ziegesar . I love the tv series and liked the first four books when I was a teenager, but they kind of lost their appeal for me and now I find the characters annoying and the situations kind of stupid and shallow. Not continuing with the series.
