Me too :) I am also interested in The Beguiled. Clint Eastwood's version was so unsettling that I am curious what they'll make in this adaptation. To be honest, I thought it is a remake of his movie, didn't know it was based on the book till today.

If you wish that we pay a special attention* to one particular book with a movie currently in the cinemas, you can notify us here. This is I guess the most appropriate thread for it. Our discussion board is messy enough :)
* in a sense that we add it to our bookshelf and create a special thread for it. We'll allow one book per month for sake of keeping our shelf space and reading capacities in reasonable limits.

I know, there are too many threads with similar titles. There is a thread where you can put your suggestions (if not currently in cinemas - then you can use this thread): Random Reading Suggestions, but you can go to this thread too: Let's Talk Movies & Books. But do not worry, any thread you pick should be seen on the top in the discussions list, there aren't many active ;)

Interesting, until you mentioned it, I wasn't aware this book had two adaptations before this one! The first one was Dutch, in 2013, and the second one was Italian. Both have much better ratings than this one :)
