Anna Underground Broke The Camel's Back (annamurderunderground) | 12 comments I'm sorry I haven't made a beautiful spreadsheet like some of you. I have taken a picture of some of the books I'd like to get through, but there are plenty more! I just started reading The Complete Professor Challenger Stories yesterday, Conan Doyle's less famous detective. Let me know if you fancy it. Good luck everyone.

Anna Underground Broke The Camel's Back (annamurderunderground) | 12 comments Brilliant, I have finished The Tiger's Wife now, read that first sorry! But would love to hear what you think?

When do you fancy doing The Buried Giant?

Fay Roberts Do you want to do it this month or next? And how do you want to do it? I have a long time buddy reader where we read 20 pages a day and I'm doing another one where we read a section a week or I'm happy to both just read it. What works for you? I will read the Tigers Wife next and let you know any thoughts :-)

Anna Underground Broke The Camel's Back (annamurderunderground) | 12 comments Would it be ok to do it next month? I seem to have committed to a monthly motif read and a new book club read! Happy to do either, which have you found works best? Do you sometimes get to the end of 20 pages and you can't stop??

Fay Roberts February is good for me :-) I like my 20 pages a day when reading something huge or challenging. It was great when doing Kafka and the Illiad to give you chance to absorb whatever you'd read. Depending on the book it's hard to stop. I'm finding it difficult at the moment with The Woman in White and it was hard with the Count of Monte Cristo. I sometimes run over and then wait a bit so we both finish at once. I'm happy to do it anyway that works for you.

Fay Roberts PS, what's a monthly motif read? I haven't heard of that before

Anna Underground Broke The Camel's Back (annamurderunderground) | 12 comments Ooo are we starting tomorrow Fay? What's the best way to keep in touch?

message 12: by Fay (new)

Fay Roberts Argh! I only just spotted this so not this way! Are you ready to start or dod you finish already? I normally use Twitter with my on going buddy reader but using this did work last month for Dust :-) Profuse apologies for the delay
