Jumping off of this week's Pop Rocket episode, what are your 2017 reading resolutions? It doesn't have to be related to books. Is it to read articles to the end? To sample something outside of your usual genre? To subscribe to a magazine or your local newspaper? To take on a reading challenge, a la Book Riot? (It looks amazing.) To finally get through that big book that's been sitting by your bed for most of 2016? (Raises hand and looks guiltily at Chernow's biography of Hamilton.)

What's your resolution?

Moira (moidem) | 3 comments I have the Chernow book giving me dirty looks too.

My resolution is to read daily. I subscribed to the New Yorker and Atlantic post-election, and I already have a backlog. But I need to get off the internet and read like I used to. Minimum 20 minutes of dedicated time. When the weather is nicer, I'm going to eat lunch at a nearby park and read there too.

Jaime | 1 comments I'm taking on the Book Riot challenge! I'm also trying to read daily. I'm hoping that if I bring a book with me to work every day that I'll ready through my lunch break rather than scroll facebook and twitter.

Justin Helmer | 2 comments Simply to read more. With one thing and another I think I finished two or three books last year. Other than that I want to read books as far outside of my experience as I can in non-fiction.
