What are your 2017 reading goals? They don't have to be huge - just something that you personally want to accomplish. Do you want to hit a certain number? Do you want to discover a new author? Are you looking to reach outside your comfort zone?

Anyways - list it here! Then you can come back over the year to add to/update or complete your 2017 goals!

Mine is simply to allow myself time to read for fun! I am a full-time nurse at a Rehabilitation Hospital. I'm also a full-time student in a Masters degree program and a full-time wife to an amazing husband. That being said, sometimes reading-for-fun doesn't happen as often as it should. Reading is good for my sanity, so I'd like to make sure that I keep it up. It doesn't matter *what* I read - just that I *am* reading a book that isn't a textbook :-P

Phoebe (phoebegilmore) Hi!
This thread is a nice addition to the group! :)

My reading goals for 2017:

30/30 - read 30 books (everything counts)

1/1 - read 1 Game of Thrones books (#1)
1/1 - read 1 Stephen king novel
3/2 - read 2 books by female authors
3/4 - read 4 work-related non-fiction books
4/3 - read 3 books bought on rebuy in 2016

All the best for your 2017 reading goals!

Melissa (alienfan002) I like how you broke out your goals! I think I will do something similar.

Sam (sam222) I had started a lot of book last year but never finished them (stupid book slump) I'm just hoping to get those books done this year. I got 7 I believe that I got going.

I usually have a list of 6-10 books I'm in the middle of. Last year I tried to finish them all, but then I just started another stack and ended up in the same situation!! haha
