What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

Please help me remember a book. There's a girl who related ( I think some of the details are fuzzy) to a an organized crime syndicate? Or maybe a sibling owes a debt? Anyway, she's kidnapped by a young but upcoming gangsta. She does not go gently. That's why this book stands out in my mind. She actually tried to escape many times. The one that stands out the most is in a parking lot of a grocery store? It's immediately after she is taken. I also remember he brutally rapes her. He's very over the top and later grovels epically for the number of times he took her by force. He falls for her but she does not return his affections. She may not want to be associated with crime, I think they have a forcible betrothal. I wish I could remember more details but the biggest things that stand out to me is that they are young, she tries to escape and does not warm to him quickly at all. There's an element of organized crime and rape. There's a HEA and maybe it's a series? I really liked this heroine and wish I could revisit this book, please help!
