Horror Reading Challenge discussion

I'm not reading a spooky one at the moment, but I have Frankenstein, Or The Modern Prometheus by Mary Shelley on my iPod for later this month!

I'm about halfway through Sherlock Holmes and the Servants of Hell and...it's a bit on the slow side so far.

Just finished The Winter People by Jennifer McMahon; now midway through Nightfall by Jake Halpern and Peter Kujawinski. Perhaps a little too YA, but it's proving a quick read. (Also, new to this challenge and goodreads in general, so hello from Los Angeles!)

The Winter People is worth checking out. Old Vermont town, strange disappearances, some paranormal happenings, snowstorms, etc. - a solid winter read.

that sounds good. I'm still reading pet semetary and will be squeezing in the tell-tale heart for the classic horror reading challenge.

I plan on reading The Devil Crept In starting tomorrow when it becomes available. I preordered it for my Kindle

I'm just starting . Off to a slow start so far. Anyone read it?
