the hero is an arab prince. the H and h meet at uni either in america/england. i think she helpes him out with new culture at uni.
several years later she is somehow kidnapped by him and forced to marry. The only think i remember clearly is that she likes bonsai trees and H's father also shares the same hobby. He gifts a bonsai tree.

Amy Diaz | 218 comments I read about four books about Arab heroes and their kidnapped heroines. Where it always ends with them falling in love and living happily ever after.

SBC (essbeecee) | 1594 comments I'm not sure about the bonsai trees, but the H and h meeting at uni and her helping him out with culture, then later getting kidnapped by him is the plot of The Desert Bride by Lynne Graham

SBC (essbeecee) | 1594 comments I know what you mean - it's hard to remember which scenes connect with which books sometimes! Especially when there are lots with similar settings or plots :)

Glad I am not the only one. Thank you so much for finding the title!!!

The Sheik by E.M. Hull
Sheik by Connie Mason
The Sheik Retold by Victoria Vane

These guys are part Muslim and English, they are also partly royal but practice pirates. I hope they interest you. I like recommending books to other readers.

The Pirate Prince by Connie Mason
My Wicked Pirate By Rona Sharon

Hope you like them.
