Tim | 33 comments We talked in our last discussion about putting out some book suggestions for book club reading. I've read some Sci-Fi, but not a lot. I did some research on top Sci-Fi books so I know where to start and maybe we can read some of these for book club if people haven't already. Here are top Sci-Fi books, per the Interwebs, that I could find on audiobook:

Dune by Frank Herbert
Ringworld by Larry Niven
The Left Hand of Darkness by Ursula K. Le Guin
Neuromancer by William Gibson
Brave New World by Aldous Huxley
Beholder's Eye by Julie E. Czerneda
The Stand by Stephen King
The Forever War by Joe Haldeman
Downbelow Station by C.J. Cherryh
Hyperion by Dan Simmons
Stranger in a Strange Land by Robert A. Heinlein
A Canticle for Leibowitz by Walter M. Miller Jr.
The Handmaid's Tale by Margaret Atwood
Snow Crash by Neal Stephenson
Rendezvous with Rama by Arthur C. Clarke
A Wrinkle in Time by Madeleine L'Engle
I Am Legend by Richard Matheson
The War of the Worlds by H.G. Wells
Frankenstein by Mary Shelley

Also books written by Isaac Asimov and Neil Gaiman

Mark | 87 comments Books I recognized on this list as "oh, I've been meaning to read that" are:
Ringworld
Hyperion
Snow Crash

A book on this list I've already read, and I can't stand because of its vile messages is "Stranger in a Strange Land". I don't mind reading it again, but be warned, I won't be kind to that one :)
