There was a pretty high body count in this story. Over the top or consistent with what was at stake?

Phrynne | 607 comments Probably a bit over the top but consistent with the type of book:).

Veronica (readingonthefly) | 694 comments Not only a lot of dead bodies but a lot of different people murdering or being willing to commit murder considering the size of the town! It was over the top but it was interesting to read and ensured that I would never figure it all out.

The body count was very definitely over the top for the size of the town. However, when you follow the money, it becomes much more palatable.

Mary Beth | 193 comments There were so many bodies and that was a thought that that came at me while readding it that it was a little over the top on how many dead bodies there were. There were a lotbof charascters in this book.

Angela | 155 comments I thought it was over the top, especially when I got the impression this was a smallish community.
