1st February - National Freedom of Slavery - Read a book about slavery or a book that features a slavery auction.

3rd February - National Women's Physicians Day - Read a book that features a female doctor.

11th February - Make a Friend Day - Read about a great friendship

14th February - National Organ Donor Day - Read a book about an organ donor or transplant

20th February - Love Your Pet Day - Read a book about a pet you own or your favourite pet

26th February - National Tell a Fairytale Day - Read a original or retelling of a fairytale

BONUS - February Gemstone: Amethyst: Read a book with purple on the cover or in the title
