I just finished reading this book and although I enjoyed the author's style, the story was a real downer.

I found this book fascinating. It introduced me to a form of prejudice that I hadn’t met before. A clever book, short enough to maintain interest. (view spoiler)[I was shocked by the ending, didn’t expect anything so dramatic. (hide spoiler)]

I liked this far more than I expected. Probably because the ending was so unexpected. Really just a great piece of writing!
