We're taking nominations for our next group read. Please remember to check to see if the book you wish to nominate is easily available, is not in a middle of a series, and of course is a book/author that SK recommends.

Missy | 128 comments Behind Her Eyes. I just read it based on SK recommendation. It was hard to put down.

Behind Her Eyes may not be easily available for some readers, sinced it was just recently released. There are 8 holds at my library for this book, and I'll not likely have it in time to set up and moderate the group read. Sorry, Missy!

Larissa | 270 comments THE FIREMAN by Joe Hill---love his style. Very much like his dad but also quite his own.

message 5: by Eileen (new)

Eileen Acosta | 1 comments I vote for Behind Her Eyes.

Sorry, but Behind Her Eyes has been disqualified based on its lack of availability at this time.

The Fireman was excellent!

message 7: by Missy (new)

Missy | 128 comments That's too bad, well I highly recommend it to anyone with a Kindle!

message 8: by Janice (new)

Janice (jamasc) | 801 comments LOL! I was going to recommend Behind Her Eyes as well. I just checked my library and out of 29 copies throughout the region, there are none available. Maybe we can read it later in the year.

Instead, I will nominate The Wonder.

I know! I want to read it, too! We will definitely have to try later this year.

message 10: by Missy (new)

Missy | 128 comments I can second the Wonder, I just finished it. Very good read.

message 11: by Sarah (new)

Sarah I nominate Dominion

Here's the link for Sharp Objects.

Are you folks nominating books you already read going to participate in our discussion threads?

message 13: by Joel (new)

Joel | 12 comments These are all good nominations. I might offer the Cartel, as I read the prequel, but I will read whatever we decide on!

message 14: by Missy (new)

Missy | 128 comments I would plan on participating even if I've already read it.

message 15: by Emma (last edited Feb 20, 2017 09:42AM) (new)

Emma I nominate The Consultant The Consultant by Bentley Little . I'd never heard of this guy until I scrolled through the list. A lot of his earlier stuff is out of print but this is available and on kindle too, I believe.

message 16: by Arsa (new)

Arsa Louna (hismotherzson) | 1 comments The Ax by Donald E Westlake. Absolutely mind blowing
