Join us in a 'Reading Tribute' to the greatest puppeteer of modern times, Jim Henson.

Read one book for each character listed.

Duration: 6 months from your start date

RULES

*To count a book towards a challenge you must read the majority of it after the start date of the challenge.
*Each book may only be used for one task
*For each book that you read please post a link to the book, the author and the date you finished it.
* Where more than one option is given for a task, please state which option your book relates to.
*Please explain briefly how your book fits a task.
*If the task relates to the cover of your book, please post the cover AND the book link.
*All genres and formats are fine.
*Re-reads are allowed.
*No page minimum.
*Please update your original post as you go but also post an occasional message to let us know how you're getting on, if you would like to.

*When you have finished please re-post your whole challenge as a new message or you will not be considered to have completed the challenge and we will not be able to award your Hall of Fame badge

THE MUPPET SHOW

1. Fozzy Bear: Read a funny book OR a book with a bear shifter.

2. Kermit the Frog: A book with a green cover OR a book with a soft-spoken hero.

3. Miss Piggy: A book with a heroine who has blonde/white/silver hair OR is a martial arts expert/assassin/warrior.

4. Rowlf: Main character is a musician OR a wolf shifter.

5. Statler and Waldorf: (the two old dudes): A book with twins OR an immortal main character.

6. Beaker: A book with a main character who has rotten luck or is an 'underdog'. (Always screws up before making it better.) OR a main character with red hair.

7. Sam the Eagle: Main character is military or police OR is called Sam, Samuel or Samantha.

8. Animal: Main character is battling their 'inner demons' or is a 'misfit' OR with an animal on the cover.

9. The Swedish Chef: Main character works in the food industry OR is European (but not British)

10. Pepe, The King Prawn: Main character is a mer-'person' or some type of sea creature OR a sailor / pirate

11. Gonzo the Great: (an alien of some sort): The main character is from another planet OR semi-human.

12. Camilla the Chicken: Main character is a bird shifter or dragon shifter OR a book with a bird on the cover

13. Link Hogthrob (Pigs in Space): A sci-fi book OR a lady's man /heartthrob hero.

14. Johnny Fiama: A book with a character who is part of 'the mob' or a crime syndicate OR a criminal of some sort.
