Chapter 4 (view spoiler)[.....I seriously can't stop crying.....her dad....her life....and I love Kyle....I hate that because he stood up for her he was rejected..and I ki da jate that Wes saw how Coach treated her and still....I don't know....I am thinking when he saved her he hit his heas and maybe lost his memory.... Chapter 9 (view spoiler)[ the angst that is Joss' life is grating on my nerves. I feel so sorry for her and having to deal with her dad. I want to slap the man silly and tell him to get his life together. Wes is wonderful, but I'm dying to know his story. Why won't he admit he is Christopher and how is he able to save her without harm. (hide spoiler)]

Finished (view spoiler)[ I totally loved this book!!!! I can say I am not happy with Ms. Scott. This book left me hope and than it ended!!!!!!! I agree with Barb, I am glad that Joss got her self on track...well she did need her hero for inspiration. I am glad her dad came got his crap together. I can't wait for the next book. Sorry for the delay Ladies. I was in Arizona watching my SF Giants in spring training the last 4 days. Not much reading time, but I finally got to finish this one on the plane home.

Finished (view spoiler)[Okay I absolutely loved this one. I was crying on the plane today with Joss' loss leg. I could tell with the rain that there was going to be a tragedy for Wes trying to be a hero, but I didn't expect Joss to lose her leg. It hit me hard when she was finally getting some stability in her life with her dad coming around and having Wes. Love Joss and her bad ass attitude. Love that she is a kickass softball player and that Ginger put a lot of herself in the character. Love the twist with Wes being special, a hero and I'm dying to find out why he is hiding. Also can't wait to see more badass Joss as she overcomes her handicap!! Can't wait for The next book, hopefully in May. Also love Kyle in this strong secondary charters make a book for me!! Awwwww Susan I thought of you. Didn't know what part of Arizona you were at. Yes, we were in Scottsdale and saw two games at the Giants Scottsdale stadium. The weather was incredible around 89 degrees. The games were hot, but we hit the pool right after and loved the nights. A wonderful break from all the rain in California this year!!! We had such a good time. It's our second time going and there are so many great restaurants and fun bars.

I live in Chandler which is on the southern side of Phoenix. I'm glad you had a good time and hopefully you will come back!!

I finally finished this book! All I can say is WOW. I really need the second book. I will post my opinion and read the rest of the posts this weekend. I need to process this one.

Totally agree!!! I can't wait for book 2

I believe book 2 is due out in May-ish!!!! She is almost done writing it!!!

She just finished writing it last Night!!! It still has to go through all the whatever to get from her computer to our tablets, but Yay!!!!

My thoughts on the book (view spoiler)[ This book had me in tears a few times. I like the fact that she included the prologue. It helped understand where they both were from. I hated how selfish the parents were. She got left with an alcoholic and a mother she didn't know. I also thought it was awful how she was told her mother was dead. I was happy for Wes and that he ended up with a loving family. After the game when they get caught in the flood I was heartbroken. Things finally started turning around and everything was destroyed. Even though I was happy her father cleaned up his act. It just sucked she lost her leg and Wes went missing. I know she is going to fight with that trainer though and get strong. The next book can't come fast enough! (hide spoiler)]
