I am doing the creature challenge and I need some help finding Shifters (non-wolf) books. Anyone have a good one or series?

Sarah A. Hoyt's shifter books. Draw One in the Dark, Gentleman Takes a Chance, and Noah's Boy. The main characters are dragon-shifters and great-cat-shifters. And there's a wide variety of others

Patricia A. McKillip's Riddle-Master: The Complete Trilogy features shape-shifting in a high fantasy.

I'd recommend The True Knight by Susan Dexter and The Shining Falcon by Josepha Sherman except I suspect they would be a little hard to find.

Faith Hunter's Jane Yellowrock series starting with Skinwalker. Jane shifts into a mountain lion.

Seanan McGuire's October Daye series starting with Rosemary and Rue. There are side characters that are cat shifters and various water creatures.

Kevin Hearne's Iron Druid series starting with Hounded. Atticus has 3 animal forms that he uses, not extensively but I think he does use them in every book if I remember right.

I HIGHLY recommend Meghan's books. Dragon shifters, big cat shifters (and others) and skinwalkers.

The Dragons are actually Guardians of the world. Some friendly, some? Not so much!

Witches, light and dark fae, and the first in a series by India Drummond that I just found I have really been enjoying the series.

Thank you for all the suggestions! I was lost as to where to start looking. I have heard of some of these but haven't read any. This is perfect.
