LOVE BITES (MSTV #6)First Appearance of Horatio, Count Nicholas & Countess Caterina Lazar, Tessa, Queen Stephanie of Transylvania and Prince Alex.
~A few weeks / a month since Take Two~
Monday: Olivia goes to Jackson's book signing and is disappointed he spends only a few rushed minutes with her.
Tuesday: Olivia, Ivy and Charles arrive in Transylvania and Olivia and Ivy meet their grandparents for the first time. They attend a formal welcoming dinner including the Queen of Transylvania and her son Prince Alex. In the middle of the night Ivy spies Tessa, a maid for her grandparents, alone in a room crying.
Wednesday: On the drive to the Queen's palace Olivia receives a text from Jackson - "See ya." At the palace they have a photo shoot for VAMP magazine and Georgia gives Ivy a dress for the Valentines Day ball. Olivia and Alex go for a walk round the palace grounds and Ivy overhears them discussing poetry which leads her to believe Alex has a crush on Olivia. When they get back to their grandparents estate, Ivy tells Tessa that Alex has a thing for Olivia. Tessa is sure he doesn't. Ivy disguises herself as Olivia to find out what Alex is up to. She finds him scowling as he leaves Tessa crying in a room. Olivia finds Ivy and is furious she switched without permission. Ivy tells her that Alex might fancy her.
Thursday (February 14th): As everyone prepares for the Valentine's Ball that night, the Countess asks Charles if he will escort her to it, but he declines, and Alex asks Olivia, who agrees to go with him as friend. Back in her room, Olivia receives a dress and a romantic note and assumes they're from Alex. Ivy runs into Jackson who has come to surprise Olivia, and who really sent the dress and note. Olivia tells Alex she has a boyfriend and he replies that his heart also belongs to another - he was never romantically interested in Olivia. Jackson comes in, surprises Olivia, and tells her he is moving to Franklin Grove. Later, Ivy discovers Tessa and Alex are in love but that the Queen has forbidden them to be together. However, thanks to Ivy's persuasion, Tessa and Alex enter the Valentines Ball together. The Queen admits that times are changing and perhaps she should be more accepting. In the spirit of togetherness, Charles accompanies his mother and makes up with his parents. Everyone enjoys the ball together.
LUCKY BREAK (MSTV #7)
First appearance of Rebecca Kendall.

Saturday: At Mister Smoothie Charles explains to Ivy and Olivia that his previous trip to Los Angeles was to find their biological mom's family. He introduces them to their mother's twin sister - their Aunt Rebecca.
Monday: Auditions for the school production of Romeo and Juliet. Olivia is cast as Juliet, Garrick as Romeo and Jackson as Mercutio.
Saturday: Ivy and Olivia arrive at Rebecca's farm to stay for the weekend. They meet Lucky, their mother's favourite horse and Ivy finds their mom's journal under a loose plank.
Wednesday? (it says a week and a half since R&J roles announced, not sure if it's mentioned anywhere else): Costume fitting and rehearsals for the schools sci-fi adaptation of Romeo and Juliet. Olivia manages to avoid kissing Garrick and confesses to Camilla that she wants to kiss Jackson.
Saturday: Back at the farm, Ivy tries to ride on a horse, but as she sits on it, it is spooked by some ducklings. Brendan comes over to comfort her while Olivia and Rebecca go horse-riding. Ivy and Brendan accidentally let Lucky out of the stable and he runs into the woods.
Thursday? (somewhere it says 'five days later'): Grand opening of Romezog and Julietron. Garrick breaks out of character and tries to bite 'Julietron's' neck. Jackson improvises to save to play and then kisses Olivia.
Saturday: Lucky has been missing for a week. Ivy feels terrible and goes to look for him without telling anyone. She reads her mom's journal and discovers her mom was nervous around horses too and that singing calms Lucky down. She finds Lucky and sings to him but they get caught out in a storm. Brendan finds them and leads them back to the farm. Rebecca apologies to Brendan for judging him and thanks Mr Vega for tracking her down. They all read Susannah’s journal together.
STAR STYLE (MSTV #8)
First Appearance of Jacob Harker.
~a week since Lucky Break~
Saturday: Premiere of The Groves. Ivy introduces Lillian to Charles, she tells them she's a vampire. The paparazzi love Olivia and Mr Harker (head of the studio) believes Ivy is the next big thing.
Sunday: Lillian comes over for lunch. Sophia arrives and announces that Olivia's photo (taken by Sophia) is in multiple magazines and Ivy senses a romance brewing between Mr Vega and Lillian. At the post-premiere party Jackson has the script for his next movie, Eternal Sunset. Mr Harker offers Ivy and Olivia the lead roles but if Ivy doesn't accept or the paparazzi find out before he announces it Olivia won't get the role.
Saturday: During a barbecue at Rebecca's farm Jackson and Brendan have to chase off paparazzi trying to take pictures of all of them.
Sunday: Olivia has a TV interview with Inside Hollywood.
Monday: In order to escape from paparazzi around the school Ivy, Olivia, Sophia, Camilla, Brendan and Jackson cause confusion by wearing disguises pretending to be Olivia and her mysterious co-star. Lillian tells Ivy and Olivia that they will be flown to Hollywood for the Bright Stars Award Ceremony.
Saturday: Ivy and Olivia arrive in Hollywood and tell Mr Harker Ivy doesn't want the role, but they decide Olivia can play both parts. That evening, at the Bright Stars Award Show, Jessica reveals to everyone that Olivia is Jackson's girlfriend, infuriating his fans and upsetting Olivia. Charlotte sends Olivia a video of Jessica insulting a fan to get her back, which Ivy plays. Jessica's true self is revealed and her career is ruined. Olivia wins Brightest New Star award and does a speech which endears Jackson's fans to her. She decides she likes Hollywood as long as she remains true to herself.
TWIN SPINS (MSTV#9)
First Appearance of Jenny, Lucrezia, Melinda and Veronica.

Friday: On the last day of school before the summer holidays, Principal Whitehead announces to the students that there will be a school dance in a week's time. Olivia learns that her movie, Eternal Sunset, has been postponed by a year, and so takes the job of Head Organiser of the dance. That night she stays over at Ivy's house.
Saturday: The twins' grandparents and Horatio arrive at the Vega house, and later they come to Mister Smoothie where Olivia has an interview for Charlotte's yearbook film. They tell Ivy that they'd like her to attend a prestigious vampire boarding school in Transylvania - Wallachia Academy.
Sunday: At the first committee meeting for the dance, three girls - Lucrezia, Melinda and Veronica, "The Terrible Trio" - from the grade above Olivia bully her. Ivy fights with her grandparents over not wanting to go to Wallachia Academy and phones Brendan. He starts acting strangely when she insults the school dance.
Monday: Olivia successfully confronts the Terrible Trio. Lillian meets Charles's parents for the first time. Olivia frets about how distant Jackson is being with her.
Tuesday: The Vegas, Olivia's family and Brendan's family visit Rebecca's farm. Olivia leaves Jenny in charge of the committee, and she phones Olivia to tell her that The Terrible Trio have managed to get on the official committee and are making all the decisions. Olivia talks to Rebecca, who inspires her to create a barn dance theme. Ivy nearly faints at the sound of Mrs Abbott squealing, and realises maybe her vamp powers do need controlling. Brendan tells her she needs to be honest with Olivia about possibly going to Wallachia.
Wednesday: Olivia tells the committee about the barn dance theme, but they're not happy, having already been preparing for The Terrible Trio's proposal of an all pink theme. The Count and Countess depart for Transylvania after receiving the news of Prince Alex and Tessa getting engaged. Ivy comes clean to Olivia about Wallachia Academy.
Thursday: At the final committee meeting, Jenny - now confident and forceful thanks to coaching from Charlotte - gives the Terrible Trio their own job to do which stops them trying to take over. Olivia switches the theme to a pink and black barn dance, which everyone is pleased with. Ivy realises Brendan wanted to go to the dance with her all along, and invites him.
Friday: Jackson sends Olivia some pink boots but tells her over the phone that he won't be able to make it to the dance. Later, he surprises Olivia by showing up after all, and everyone has a great time.

What do we want to document on this thread then? I'm interested in the length that each book lasts for (have I said that enough yet? lol). I imagine we'd also want to mark the big events that happen in each book.
Do we want to include relationship milestones or mark when characters were introduced?
Looking forward to seeing how this thread develops! Slightly daunting as well though, haha. Marking the big events sounds good, and I imagine that would probably include relationship milestones and new people. It's all subjective I know but I reckon we should probably just see how it goes when we start reading Switched (MSTV#1) as a group in May.

Yep sorry Brynn it's not made yet! We start a read-a-long of the My Sister the Vampire books as a group this month, one book a month. We're reading Switched this month (discussion here: https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...) so we will start keeping track of events as they happen and comment them on this thread. Not sure how it's going to be set out but we can work that out as we go along. This will almost certainly be the most confusing of all the discussions on this group! Lots of fun though I hope. :)
Do you think we should have the timeline all in one comment (maybe the top one) then people can suggest additions and we can all agree on it and stuff before it goes on the timeline? That might make it less confusing.
Yes definitely timeline on the top comment. We can decide what things are unimportant and suggest extra additions as we go. I recently read Switched and tried to mark down the events I thought would be good for the timeline. I did get sucked into the story so much that I forgot I was supposed to be keeping track of what was happening a couple of times meaning there's almost certainly some stuff missing. We have to start somewhere though!
Also for the things that happened during the book (not before) I tried to keep track of what day it happened so we can see how long the book lasts. We definitely don’t have to keep this, we can work out the logistics later. A couple of times it mentioned the day and a few times it just says ‘the next day’ or ‘a few days later’. On page 155 Olivia marvels at 'how much had changed since [she] met Charlotte last week' and on page 209 she 'couldn't get over how quickly the past week had whizzed by'. Basically I haven't worked it all out, I've confused myself and I may have made a mistake with the days I have so far. Obviously correct me if I’m wrong, this is a work in progress. :D
EVENTS BEFORE THE SERIES
‣Ivy and Olivia born May 13th in Owl Creek, Tennessee.
‣Ivy and Olivia put up for adoption at 1 year old and adopted separately.
‣Ivy and Sophia became best friends at 4 yrs old.

SWITCHED (MSTV #1)

That’s everything I have for now. It doesn’t particularly flow so far. Maybe keeping track of the days is just clogging it up? We could just work out what duration it takes place over. Also it doesn’t help that I was trying to work out what still feels important in the first book after 17 others and so lots of of it didn’t seem important for the timeline. On the flip side of that considering we do have to do this for 20+ books (including MBTW) maybe I kept too much. Let me know what you guys like about what I’ve done and what you don’t.
Hi Sophie,I am pretty sure they start at the age of thirteen. I am 90% sure they are in eighth grade, I think they mention it in a later book.
This is awesome, Sophie! The things before the series are especially interesting as it's harder to remember that stuff. I never thought the first book took place over such a short period of time though! Did they really discover they were twins on the same day they met?! That seems strange that Olivia would start school on a Thursday. I agree keeping track of the days might not be the best way of doing it. Then again it is cool to see. I'm leaning towards keeping it as days? I'm planning to reread Switched soon too so hopefully I'll be able to help straighten out some of the confusion at least. :)
I agree with Maia, pretty sure they were thirteen in the beginning. I definitely remember them being in eighth grade in the first book, and though the US school system kinda confuses me, I think that means they should be thirteen.

Oh and in reply to your other points Daisy, yes I'm pretty sure they discover they're twins on the first day, though you can double check when you re-read. I was actually expecting the time frame to be shorter. I think it's just over a week in total, I was expecting a couple of days. I did think it was peculiar that Olivia started school on a Thursday but definitely not unheard of when you move to a new place. She only has to do 2 days before having a 2 day break, slightly easier transition that way (I could have got the days completely wrong though, haha).

I've re-read Fangtastic (MSTV#2) now and I tried my best to keep up with the timeline. There is all the stuff with Olivia's mum's Great Aunt Edna in the 1920s, though I'm not sure if that's important enough to put in the 'before the series' section....?Fangtastic (MSTV#2)

-Tuesday: Toby Decker becomes Serena's assistant. Ivy and Olivia decide to start looking for their biological parents.
-Wednesday: Serena interviews a dentist about fake vampire fangs and mentions Ivy's name on TV. Ivy unsuccessfully looks for information on her birth parents at the adoption agency. Brendan finds out Ivy and Olivia are twins
-Thursday: the Beasts attempt to bite Charlotte Brown. Serena Star interviews Ivy, trying to reveal her as a vampire, then leaves Franklin Grove having failed to do so.
-Friday: Camilla and Toby find out Ivy and Olivia are twins.
I didn't do any of that fancy formatting you did, Sophie, so we can easily copy and paste it and edit it into the master timeline in the top comment, so sorry if it looks a bit scruffy right now! Cool, thanks Brynn I will add that. I love your timeline Daisy, I don't like the formatting I did anyway so it's all good. The one thing I spotted while reading Fangtastic that you didn't include that I think we should, was that on Wednesday, Serena saw Ivy jump to the second floor of her house in one leap.I also love the 'first appearance of section' that I starting doing for Switched so I think we should include that. I have copied what we've done so far into the first comment and will keep updating it as we go along. This is fun! The square brackets show parts that need updating, I'm still not sure some of the days in Switched and I haven't finished the first appearance of characters sections (is Toby Decker in Switched?).
If anyone has any other suggestions/corrections be sure to get involved!

As far as introductions of people in Fangtastic, the only ones I can think of right now are Mr Abbott (he wasn't in the first one according to the first comment...?) and Principal Whitehead (I think??). So helpful, lol.
I went back and looked at the first two books. Principal Whitehead was in the first book but I don't think they are a main enough character to be listed? Mr Abbot was also in the first book. I'll update those and add Mr Vega.Also I have fixed the days for Switched. I went detective mode and looked real close! Ivy eat garlic on Tuesday not Monday and I worked out the days of the All Hallows Ball and Olivia's try outs.

I finished a re-read of Revamped this morning, here is the timeline I wrote while reading it...Revamped (MSTV #3)
First Appearance of Mr Daniels, Georgia Huntingdon, Bethany Daniels, Mrs Daniels and Valencia Deborg.
~A couple of days since the end of Fangtastic~
-Tuesday: Olivia tells her parents that Ivy is her twin sister. Ivy tells her dad about Olivia. Ivy meets Olivia's parents.
-Wednesday: Toby releases article in school newspaper about Ivy & Olivia being long-lost twins. Ivy & Olivia search Vorld Vide Veb for more information on their biological parents.
-Thursday: Mr Vega tells Ivy he has accepted a job in Europe that starts in 3 weeks.
-Friday: Ivy tells Olivia, Sophia and Brendan that she is moving to Europe. Ivy meets Brendan's dad.
-Saturday: Ivy has lunch at Olivia's then goes shopping with Mrs Abbot. Georgia Huntingdon arrives at Ivy's house and announces that her and Olivia will be on the cover of VAMP magazine. They have the photo shoot.
-Sunday: Ivy and Olivia have lunch at Brendan's house. After Bethany accidentally tells Olivia about vampires, Olivia lets her and Mr & Mrs Daniels know that she already knows. Mr Daniels tells them about the last time a vampire broke the First Law. Karl Lazar, son of a vampire count, also broke the Second Law (he fell in love with a human) and ended up in exile because of it. Back at Ivy's house Mr Vega is rude to Olivia, Ivy yells at her dad that she cares about Olivia unlike him and that she cares about her 'real' parents.
-Monday: Ivy, Olivia and Brendan visit V-Gen (the vampire pharmaceutical company where Mr Daniels works) where numerous tests are performed on Ivy & Olivia. They then break into the ASHH offices where they discover a file on Karl Lazar and the human, Susannah Kendall, he fell in love with. The symbol that is on Ivy & Olivia's rings is also on the Countess's (Karl's mother's) medallion in a picture. Olivia realises that Karl and Susannah are their parents.
-Wednesday: Ivy & Olivia's VAMP magazine issue is released and Toby's article on them is republished in the local newspaper The Gazette. Ivy & Olivia find an article online about their birth mother's death which includes a photo of her. Mr Vega tells Ivy & Olivia that The Vampire Round Table require Olivia to take part in a series of tests to see whether she is worthy of knowing the blood secret.
-Friday: Olivia's initiation begins with the Test of Darkness, she must sleep in a coffin from dusk till dawn.
-Saturday: Olivia has breakfast and then refuses to start the second test till Ivy is found. She passes the Test of Faith for trusting that Ivy would be there. For the third test, the Test of Blood, Olivia had to read the Blood Oath and then prick her finger and leave her blood on the parchment. At the celebration after-party Olivia accidentally drinks Bethany's A-Neg containing VitaVamp. While hallucinating and wondering around the house she spies Mr Vega looking at a box with the Lazar symbol on.
-Sunday: Ivy & Olivia snoop around Mr Vega's study trying to find the Lazar symbol. They find the box Olivia saw the day before, it contained letters from Susannah and a picture of Susannah & Karl on their wedding day. They realise Mr Vega is Karl, their biological dad and the rings they have are their parents wedding rings.
Any thoughts? Anything that I should have included, or left out?
You know what, if Principal Whitehead is a named and speaking character, we could just put him up there. No harm, eh? Also I think if we know people's first names they should be listed with those, to avoid confusion. For example Mr Vega should be Charles Vega, etc.Awesome job on fixing the days of Switched. I thought we were going to be left uncertain forever! Hmm, I have no idea where I got the idea about it being a few weeks either. I've looked through Fangtastic as well and I can't see anything. So I guess I just made it up?! Sorry about that!
Your timeline for Revamped is epic! I feel like I don't even have to read the book now. :D One thing though is that there's a couple of things on there that should probably go up on the 'events before the series' bit. Like Karl and Susannah's affair and when she died and everything - book 3 gives a lot of backstory. I'll look out for specific facts about the past when I re-read it.
Oh, and, would you mind putting the days in bold? I know it might take a while but I think it would help break up the text a little and make it easier to read. :)
Sure thing. If anyone thinks of any other characters that you think are main enough to be included that I haven't please let me know! I will add first names, I was thinking about that before. Ok so do we assume that the Sunday in Fangtastic is the next day after the Saturday in Switched until proven otherwise?

It's looking amazing!! About the Switched/Fangtastic break, I think yeah we should just assume it's the following Sunday. Surely there's got to be some kind of reference like "Last week they'd met" or "They'd known eachother for three weeks now" but until we find one this seems like a logical assumption.Brendan's dad is called Marc, and I don't think we ever learn his mum's name.
Now that I've re-read Revamped (MSTV#3), the only things I can think of to add to its timeline is Sophia helping out with the cameras during the VAMP photoshoot (since there's more stuff involving her and VAMP later on, I think it would be cool to record the beginning of that) and the first appearance of Mr Boros and Frankie the security guard, who both work for ASHH. I believe they both reappear way ahead in Fangs for the Memories (MSTV#19), so that's why I think they're relevant.
Some 'Events before the series' stuff I spotted in this book are:
-The 1926 Vampiric Accord outlaws killing humans that know the Blood Secret if they fail to pass the Blood Tests - switching to wiping their memory instead. (is this important enough...?)
- Also in 1926, the Bylaw of the Night that 'a vampire will never try, or conspire to try, to bite a human' is created. (this was actually mentioned in Fangtastic I think but I just remembered it)
-Fourteen years before the series begins, Karl Lazar breaks the First and Second Laws of the Night by revealing his true form and falling in love with human Susannah Kendal. They get married and go into hiding together.
-Thirteen years before Susannah dies in childbirth at the age of thirty-four. (this could be merged with the twins' birth?)
We could also add that Karl changed his name and moved to Franklin Grove to go with Olivia being adopted at the age of one, which is already up there (we should probably change the fact that it says Ivy was adopted too). But there's more information about this in the fourth book, when Olivia discovers Karl/Charles's diary, so maybe we should wait till we've look more closely at that one. There's so much to talk about on this thread isn't there?!
Ok I'm on the hunt to solve the Switched to Fangtastic time difference mystery. Also I've been thinking about years just for fun and now we have a date (see below Monday 24th December!) I've been looking at calendars. The year that Switched was released. 2007, Christmas Eve was on a Monday so it would work to assume the books are set then. It is kind of weird to think about years though because that means Ivy and Olivia would be 23 now... I've added the things you mentioned onto the timeline, I have some questions though. Who's Mr Boros? Where does it say Charles and Susannah only fell in love a year before Ivy and Olivia were born? When did Karl change his name to Charles, was it when him and Susannah went into hiding or when Olivia was adopted? Here is the timeline I made while reading Vampalicious:

~Day after Revamped~
Monday: Ivy tells Sophia and Olivia tells Camilla that Charles is their biological father. The four of them work on a presentation in the school library to convince him not to move to Europe. Ivy and Olivia show him the presentation but it's not successful.
Tuesday: Ivy, Olivia, Sophia, Camilla and Brendan have a second emergency meeting about Ivy & her dad moving away. They decide to try and set him up with someone. Mr Daniels lets Ivy know that he's starting to understand more about how her and Olivia could be twins, one vampire and one human born to a human mother. Ivy and Olivia invite Alice (a waitress at the Meat and Greet) over for dinner the next evening.
Wednesday: Alice comes for dinner and Mr Vega sees through Ivy & Olivia's scheme to set him up with her.

Ivy (disguised as Olivia) goes to see Wicked! in theatre with Mrs (Audrey) Abbott and overhears Walter Grosvenor, the curator of the Franklin Grove Art Museum, talking about a permanent installation on the history of Franklin Grove that needs a designer and permanent curator. Ivy and Mrs Abbot talk to Brian Warchuck, Olivia's 'first love' from kindergarten. Olivia (disguised as Ivy) hangs out at Ivy's house packing a few boxes, then helping Mr Vega to bring in the Christmas tree. Ivy forges an email from her dad to Mr Grosvenor.
Friday: Olivia (disguised as Ivy) helps Mr Vega decorate the Christmas tree. Ivy (disguised as Olivia) babysits Casey and Stacey and they put on a play for the parents.
Saturday: Ivy, Olivia and Brendan visit the museum to tell Mr Grosvenor the truth about Mr Vega's email; although he didn't send it he'd be perfect for the job but he's planning to move to Europe. Mr Grosvenor phones Mr Vega and offers him the job but he turns it down. Sophia and Camilla throw a surprise going away party for Ivy at the bowling alley.
Sunday: Operation FANGED spend the day planning and preparing a going away party for Mr Vega. While Ivy distracts Mr Vega with a trip to the mall Olivia, Sophia and Brendan decorate the house. Before Sophia and Brendan arrive Olivia finds Mr Vega's diary from the year Ivy & Olivia were born. Ivy & Olivia tell Mr Vega that they know he's their dad. Olivia asks Mr Daniels whether a human could die from giving birth to a baby, he tells them that it was simply natural, human complications that often arise during labour - not Ivy or her fathers fault. He then tells Mr Vega this and Mr Vega begs Ivy & Olivia's forgiveness for how he deceived them. Mr Vega tells Mr & Mrs Abbott that he's Olivia's biological dad but they're still her parents and he's sorry he didn't come clean as soon as Ivy and Olivia found each other.
Monday (Christmas Eve): Ivy and Mr Vega are not moving to Europe! Ivy, Olivia, Sophia and Brendan go to Cruellers, a vampire department store, and ride the holiday bat.
What do you think? Each book is getting a longer wrap up, haha! I'm not sure if more things are happening or if I'm just rambling more. Is there anything I should leave out or add in?
Mr Boros is the ASHH worker who is present at Olivia's initiation. In the file Ivy and Olivia found in ASHH it said Karl and Susannah disappeared fourteen years ago. Charles changed his name around the time Olivia was put up for adoption, so I was suggesting we put those in the same bullet-point. Hopefully that clears it up a little. :)Fourth book timeline is looking great, I'll get back to you once I've re-read it. One thing I did notice is in the 'Sunday' bit, maybe we should mention the fact that Susannah specifically died of childbirth. So for instance: "Olivia asks Mr Daniels whether a human could die from giving birth to a baby, he tells them that it was simply natural, human complications that often arise during labour that killed Susannah - not Ivy or her fathers fault."
I'm not sure if we sorted this already but in case we needed confirmation of the twins' age, it says on pg 194 of Revamped: She [Olivia] was only thirteen, and already she was suddenly facing senility.
I'm going to take a whack at the timeline for the fifth book...First appearance of Jerome the bodyguard, Jackson Caulfield, Lillian (do we ever learn her surname?), Spencer the make-up artist, Jessica Phelps, Philippe the director.
Also, before I forget, I think we should add Katie and Allison, Charlotte's friends, as having their first appearance in Switched.
OK, now onto the actual timeline:
-First day: Twins spend the morning at Mister Smoothie's with their dad. For lunch, they head to the Meat and Greet with Brendan, Sophia and Camilla, then find that it is closed for a film shoot. Soon trailers arrive and barriers are put up to create a movie set. Jackson Caulfield, the star of the movie, arrives and pays particular attention to Olivia. She gets tongue tied and is embarrassed about the encounter. Olivia and Ivy go back to Ivy's house and say goodbye to Charles. Olivia helps Ivy pack then they head to Olivia's house for a sleepover. Olivia's parents serve up a vegetarian dinner and Olivia has to eat twice as much to cover up the fact that Ivy isn't eating any. Olivia makes Ivy a makeshift coffin to sleep in out of her dressing table.
-Next day: Ivy and Olivia invite Sophia over in the morning and Sophia and Ivy plot how to get Olivia a second chance with Jackson. At the movie set, Brendan shows them a side entrance and Olivia hears a security guard there complaining about Jackson. She sticks up for Jackson, not knowing he is there in front of her, disguised as another security guard. He lets them into the set and gives them a tour in thanks. In order to let Olivia and Jackson be alone, Ivy and Sophia sneak away, and get mistaken for extras. They get makeovers, and Ivy begins to suspect Jackson is a vampire on seeing "his" super-strong fake tan. Meanwhile Olivia has lunch with Jackson, liking how normal he seems but put off by the "hunk of cow" burger he seems to be eating. He gives her a VIP Guest pass. At the diner, filming begins. In the middle of the run-through of the scene, Sophia makes Ivy laugh and Jessica Phelps, Jackson's co-star, bursts out that she can't work in these conditions, and quits the movie. Olivia, Ivy and Sophia meet up with Brendan and Bethany outside the set. Later that day, Ivy researches whether Jackson is a vamp on the Vorld Vide Veb, but finds nothing.
-Next day: Ivy, Sophia, Olivia and Camilla go to the movie set and Jackson announces there will be an open audition to find a replacement for Jessica, and also tells Olivia he would love it if she auditioned. Olivia decides she will, and Ivy resolves to find out the truth about Jackson once and for all. She tries to get Lillian to tell her, but Lillian doesn't take the hint. Then, at the cafeteria, she gets hold of a dietary requirements list, which appears to say Jackson cannot eat garlic. Olivia auditions and makes it to the reading. While practising her lines with Camilla, Charlotte comes in and tells her Ivy has fought with Brendan and is at the mall. Olivia goes to the mall, disregarding her audition, but when she phones Ivy she realises Charlotte was lying to sabotage her audition. Ivy disguises herself as Olivia, does terrible in her audition, but fortunately she is interrupted by the press arriving, giving Olivia time to get there and nail the audition. Jackson asks Olivia out. Later, Ivy spots Jackson in his trailer taking out a contact lens. She interprets this as conclusive proof that Jackson is a vampire. She tells Olivia, who decides she will be honest with Jackson and tell him she knows the Blood Secret, and break off their relationship.
-Next day: Ivy meets Jessica at the Bloodmart, her having returned to the movie, and learns that Jackson is in fact not a vampire. She interrupts Olivia and Jackson's talk (in which Jackson is very confused) and Olivia is thrilled to learn she doesn't have to break it off with Jackson. That night, Ivy and her Dad are having dinner with the Abbotts, when Jackson comes to the door. He tells her she got a supporting role in the movie, and asks her parents permission to take her to the movies. Just when thinking all is well, Ivy learns her father was away in Los Angeles, not Dallas like he said...
There doesn't seem to be any mention of days in the book, but I did find these clues as to when it might take place:
page 10: "Just last week, the twins had been forced to try every trick in the book to avert disaster and convince Mr Vega not to leave Franklin Grove."
Page 12: Mr Vega says he'll be back from his trip "before school starts". So this must take place during the same Christmas holidays that the last book ended on.

I finally re-read Take Two and that looks awesome Daisy. I don't recall us learning Lillian's surname but we can keep an eye out for that. I couldn't find any mention of days either so I'll just leave it how you've done it for now. Maybe the next book will say 'last Tuesday, Olivia had met Jackson' or something super helpful like that.

This is a serious masterpiece!I'm thinking maybe we should edit down the last couple of book timelines. They seem to be getting longer and longer. We haven't included everything but maybe it's still too much. Not everything is important for the overall series story line.

-Sunday: Ivy and Olivia have lunch at Brendan's house. Mr Daniels tells them about Karl Lazar and how he broke the First and Second Laws of the Night.

First day: Olivia goes to Jackson's book signing and is disappointed he spends only a few rushed minutes with her.
Next day: Olivia, Ivy and Charles arrive in Transylvania and Olivia and Ivy meet their grandparents for the first time. They attend a formal welcoming ceremony including the Queen of Transylvania and her son Prince Alex. In the middle of the night Ivy sneaks down to the kitchens for a snack and spies Tessa, a maid for her grandparents, alone in a room crying.
Next day: On the drive to the Queen's palace Olivia receives a text from Jackson - "See ya." At the palace they have a photo shoot for VAMP magazine. Ivy starts to think Alex has a crush on Olivia. Georgia gives Ivy a dress for the Valentines Day ball. Olivia and Alex go for a walk round the palace grounds and Ivy overhears them discussing poetry. When they get back to their grandparents estate, Ivy mentions to Tessa that Alex has a thing for Olivia. Tessa tells Ivy she is sure he doesn't. Ivy disguises herself as Olivia to try and work out what Alex is up to. She finds him scowling as he leaves Tessa crying in a room. Olivia finds Ivy and is furious she switched without permission. Ivy tells her that Alex might fancy her.
Next day (February 14th): At breakfast the Countess asks Charles if he will escort her to the Valentines Ball that evening but he declines. Alex asks Olivia to the ball. Back in their room Olivia receives a dress with an unsigned romantic note attached and assumes it's from Alex. Ivy runs into Jackson who has come to surprise Olivia. Ivy learns he sent Olivia the dress and that there has been a giant misunderstanding. Olivia tells Alex she has a boyfriend and he tells her that his heart also belongs to another. Jackson walks in on Alex and Olivia hugging. After assuring Jackson that her and Alex are just friends, Jackson tells Olivia he is moving to Franklin Grove. Ivy discovers Tessa and Alex are in love and Tessa tells her the Queen has forbidden them to be together. Ivy gives Tessa the dress Georgia lent her to wear for the Valentines Ball and Tessa and Alex enter it together. Charles accompanies his mother, Olivia with Jackson and Ivy with her grandfather. The Queen tells Charles that his family have taught her a lot and that times do change.
That's a bit of a mess. Feel free to try and cut it down or edit it however! Regarding time since the last book it mentioned on page 2 'Since the film set of The Groves had left town a few weeks before'. Also Valentines Day (February 14th) is in this book and Take Two is set early January (judging by Christmas Eve in Vampalicious).
Again I didn't notice any specific days mentioned but if we really wanted we could assume Vampalicious is set in 2007 (see above, comment #24) and we could look up what day February 14th was in 2008 and work from there. What do you think?

I know we're still working on the Love Bites timeline but to confuse us, here's my first draft of the Lucky Break one. I haven't got the days properly sorted out so we might need to do a bit of detective work.
Lucky Break (MSTV #7)

First day (Saturday/Sunday?): Charles explains to Ivy and Olivia that his previous trip to Los Angeles was to find their biological mom's family. He introduces them to their mother's twin sister - their Aunt Rebecca.
Monday: Auditions for the school production of Romeo and Juliet. Olivia is cast as Juliet, Garrick as Romeo and Jackson as Mercutio.
Saturday: Ivy and Olivia arrive at Rebecca's farm to stay for the weekend. They meet Lucky, their mother's favourite horse and Ivy finds their mom's journal under a loose plank.
Wednesday? (it says a week and a half since R&J roles announced, not sure if it's mentioned anywhere else): Costume fitting and rehearsals for the schools sci-fi adaptation of Romeo and Juliet. Olivia manages to avoid kissing Garrick and confesses to Camilla that she wants to kiss Jackson.
Saturday: Back at the farm, Ivy sits on a horse which proceeds to get spooked by ducklings. Brendan comes over to hang out while Olivia and Rebecca go horse-riding. Ivy and Brendan accidentally let Lucky out of the stable and he runs into the woods.
Thursday? (somewhere it says 'five days later'): Grand opening of Romezog and Julietron. Garrick breaks out of character and tries to bite 'Julietron's' neck. Jackson improvises to save to play and then kisses Olivia.
Saturday: Lucky has been missing for a week. Ivy feels terrible and goes to look for him without telling anyone. She reads her mom's journal and discovers her mom was nervous around horses too and that singing calms Lucky down. She finds Lucky and sings to him but they get caught out in a storm. Brendan finds them and leads them back to the farm. Rebecca apologies to Brendan for judging him and thanks Mr Vega for tracking her down. They all read Susannah’s journal together.
It is mentioned in Star Style (page 18) that Lillian's surname is Margolis. I have edited her first appearance above to include her full name. :)
Sorry I haven't been on this thread in ages! Critiquing our giant timeline was kind of daunting me, haha.First off, I'm totally for that idea of working off the days in 2008. It would look better on the timeline if we had some days, even if we're not 100% sure they're right.
OK, so, Love Bites. Impressive cutting down of your original timeline! On the second day, I would say the formal event is a dinner, not a ceremony. On the third day I think it should say "Ivy overhears them discussing poetry, which leads her to believe Alex has a crush on Olivia". I also don't think it's necessary to say Georgia gave Ivy a dress.
For the final day: 'As everyone prepares for the Valentine's Ball that night, the Countess asks Charles if he will escort her to it, but he declines, and Alex asks Olivia, who agrees to go with him as friend. Back in her room, Olivia receives a dress and a romantic note and assumes they're from Alex. Ivy runs into Jackson who has come to surprise Olivia, and who really sent the dress and note. Olivia tells Alex she has a boyfriend and he replies that his heart also belongs to another - he was never romantically interested in Olivia. Jackson comes in, surprises Olivia, and tells her he is moving to Franklin Grove. Later, Ivy discovers Tessa and Alex are in love but that the Queen has forbidden them to be together. However, thanks to Ivy's persuasion, Tessa and Alex enter the Valentines Ball together. The Queen admits that times are changing and perhaps she should be more accepting. In the spirit of togetherness, Charles accompanies his mother and makes up with his parents. Everyone enjoys the ball together.
I know most of these changes are pretty insignificant - what can I say, I'm a perfectionist!
Onto Lucky Break, I think the first day should start with "At Mister Smoothie" - just so we can picture the scene in our heads. Also, I might change the second Saturday to: Back at the farm, Ivy tries to ride on a horse, but as she sits on it, it is spooked by some ducklings. Brendan comes over to comfort her while Olivia and Rebecca go horse-riding. Ivy and Brendan accidentally let Lucky out of the stable and he runs into the woods.

Ok, the Love Bites days were easy to work out but I'm not sure if that helped with Take Two, and I still need to work out Lucky Break. Hmm, I will come back to those.
I read Star Style a couple of weeks back and only just got around to writing up the timeline. Here's hoping my memory doesn't fail me...STAR STYLE (MSTV #8)

Saturday: Premiere of The Groves. Ivy introduces Lillian to Charles, she tells them she's a vampire. The paparazzi love Olivia and Mr Harker (head of the studio) believes Ivy is the next big thing.
Sunday: Lillian comes over for lunch. Sophia arrives and announces that Olivia's photo (taken by Sophia) is in multiple magazines and Ivy senses a romance brewing between Mr Vega and Lillian. At the post-premiere party Jackson has the script for his next movie, Eternal Sunset. Mr Harker offers Ivy and Olivia the lead roles but if Ivy doesn't accept or the paparazzi find out before he announces it Olivia won't get the role.
Saturday: During a barbecue at Rebecca's farm Jackson and Brendan have to chase off paparazzi trying to take pictures of all of them.
Sunday: Olivia has a TV interview with Inside Hollywood.
Monday: In order to escape from paparazzi around the school Ivy, Olivia, Sophia, Camilla, Brendan and Jackson cause confusion by wearing disguises pretending to be Olivia and her mysterious co-star. Lillian tells Ivy and Olivia that they will be flown to Hollywood for the Bright Stars Award Ceremony.
Saturday: Ivy and Olivia arrive in Hollywood and tell Mr Harker Ivy doesn't want the role but why can't Olivia play both sisters, after all the role is for identical twins! At the Bright Stars Award Ceremony Jessica reveals that Olivia is Jackson's girlfriend. Olivia is upset that Jessica could be so mean and runs off. Ivy finds a message from Charlotte on Olivia's phone - "that was so un-cool. get her back" - with a video attached. Olivia wins Brightest New Star award and announces Jess as winner of Brightest Star. Her tribute video is footage from Charlotte of her insulting a fan.
Was the post-premiere party really on the same day as the lunch? I felt like that was a relaxing, break day. And why did Olivia get upset about never seeing Jackson if she'd seen him the previous day and was going to a party with him that very night?! That doesn't feel like it fits to me.Doesn't it say somewhere during Aunt Rebecca's gathering how long ago they met Rebecca? That might give us a clue as to how much time passed since Lucky Break.
How's this for a rewrite of the final day? Saturday: Ivy and Olivia arrive in Hollywood and tell Mr Harker Ivy doesn't want the role, but they decide Olivia can play both parts. That evening, at the Bright Stars Award Show, Jessica reveals to everyone that Olivia is Jackson's girlfriend, infuriating his fans and upsetting Olivia. Charlotte sends Olivia a video of Jessica insulting a fan to get her back, which Ivy plays. Jessica's true self is revealed and her career is ruined. Olivia wins Brightest New Star award and does a speech which endears Jackson's fans to her. She decides she likes Hollywood as long as she remains true to herself.
That's what I wrote down from when I read it. When did Olivia get upset about not seeing Jackson? I don't remember that. I looked through the book and found these quotes:
"Ever since the two of them had come to visit here a few weeks ago, it had become a home-from-home."Seeing as Lucky Break itself took place over a few weeks it seems not much time at all passed between the books. Maybe a week? If we say a week has passed, according to our timeline it would mean it had been 5 weeks since they met her when it had those quotes. That works right?
"A few weeks ago, Ivy and Olivia didn't even know they had an aunt, let alone that their mother had a twin sister."

Olivia teased Brendan and Ivy for being all lovey-dovey with eachother, to which Ivy responded with something like "Just because your megastar boyfriend is too busy with his movie, that doesn't mean you should keep me away from mine!" This made Olivia upset and Ivy apologised. I'm too lazy to go get the book so I'm not sure what page it's on.Yeah, I think a week between the two books makes the most sense.

How's this for a timeline for Twin Spins....TWIN SPINS (MSTV#9)
First Appearance of Jenny, Lucrezia, Melinda and Veronica.

Friday: On the last day of school before the summer holidays, Principal Whitehead announces to the students that there will be a school dance in a week's time. Olivia learns that her movie, Eternal Sunset, has been postponed by a year, and so takes the job of Head Organiser of the dance. That night she stays over at Ivy's house.
Saturday: The twins' grandparents and Horatio arrive at the Vega house, and later they come to Mister Smoothie where Olivia has an interview for Charlotte's yearbook film. They tell Ivy that they'd like her to attend a prestigious vampire boarding school in Transylvania - Wallachia Academy.
Sunday: At the first committee meeting for the dance, three girls - Lucrezia, Melinda and Veronica, "The Terrible Trio" - from the grade above Olivia bully her. Ivy fights with her grandparents over not wanting to go to Wallachia Academy and phones Brendan. He starts acting strangely when she insults the school dance.
Monday: Olivia successfully confronts the Terrible Trio. Lillian meets Charles's parents for the first time. Olivia frets about how distant Jackson is being with her.
Tuesday: The Vegas, Olivia's family and Brendan's family visit Rebecca's farm. Olivia leaves Jenny in charge of the committee, and she phones Olivia to tell her that The Terrible Trio have managed to get on the official committee and are making all the decisions. Olivia talks to Rebecca, who inspires her to create a barn dance theme. Ivy nearly faints at the sound of Mrs Abbott squealing, and realises maybe her vamp powers do need controlling. Brendan tells her she needs to be honest with Olivia about possibly going to Wallachia.
Wednesday: Olivia tells the committee about the barn dance theme, but they're not happy, having already been preparing for The Terrible Trio's proposal of an all pink theme. The Count and Countess depart for Transylvania after receiving the news of Prince Alex and Tessa getting engaged. Ivy comes clean to Olivia about Wallachia Academy.
Thursday: At the final committee meeting, Jenny - now confident and forceful thanks to coaching from Charlotte - gives the Terrible Trio their own job to do which stops them trying to take over. Olivia switches the theme to a pink and black barn dance, which everyone is pleased with. Ivy realises Brendan wanted to go to the dance with her all along, and invites him.
Friday: Jackson sends Olivia some pink boots but tells her over the phone that he won't be able to make it to the dance. Later, he surprises Olivia by showing up after all, and everyone has a great time.
That's awesome. I started writing up a timeline for this book but struggled with it so I'm glad you managed it! I got so confused with the days and I don't know the story line of Twin Spins as much as the earlier books.
I think we should add for book 3, on the Wednesday, that in between Toby's article coming out and the twins researching on the Vorld Vide Veb, they find a matching mark of an eye with a V on it on their rings. They research this online, but can't find it anywhere. It later transpires that it's the Lazar family insignia.

For some reason I hadn't copied your timeline of Twin Spins (#9) to the top Daisy so I've just done that. I've made a start on the Date with Destiny (#10) and the Flying Solo (#11) timelines but I haven't finished either and both are very rough drafts at the moment.I'm definitely finding it harder to sort the timelines for the later books where I'm not as familiar with the story lines and the days aren't laid out as clearly but it's still lots of fun when I find the time to sit down and think about them!

The Timeline
EVENTS BEFORE THE SERIES
‣In 1926, the Bylaw of the Night that 'a vampire will never try, or conspire to try, to bite a human' is created and the Vampiric Accord outlaws killing humans that know the Blood Secret if they fail to pass the Blood Tests - switching to wiping their memory instead.
‣Karl Lazar breaks the First and Second Laws of the Night by revealing his true form and falling in love with human Susannah Kendal. They get married and go into hiding together.
‣Ivy and Olivia born May 13th in Owl Creek, Tennessee. Susannah dies during childbirth at the age of thirty-four.
‣Olivia put up for adoption at 1 year old. Karl Lazar changes his name to Charles Vega and pretends to have adopted Ivy.
‣Ivy and Sophia became best friends at 4 yrs old.
‣Ivy and Olivia given rings from their biological parents on their 10th birthday (separately).
‣Ivy tried out for cheer leading squad in sixth grade and got in. After first week quit and joined newspaper.
SWITCHED (MSTV #1)
First appearance of Olivia Abbot, Ivy Vega, Sophia Hewitt, Camilla Edmunson, Principal Whitehead, Brendan Daniels, Charlotte Brown, The Beasts, Audrey Abbot, Charles Vega, Steve Abbot and Toby Decker.
-Thursday: Olivia starts at Franklin Grove Middle School (13 years old, in Grade 8). Ivy and Olivia realise they are twins.
-Friday: Ivy and Olivia switch for first time. Ivy (disguised as Olivia) sits with Charlotte at lunch and Olivia (disguised as Ivy) goes to library where she talks to Brendan. Brendan asks Ivy (actually Ivy) if she wants to meet up at the mall after school. Olivia (disguised as Ivy) goes to All Hallows Ball Planning Committee. Ivy goes on date with Brendan to the mall.
-Tuesday: Ivy, Sophia, Camilla and Olivia sit together where Ivy eats some of Camilla’s lasagne which has garlic in, she then has to rush off with Sophia.
-Thursday: While Olivia and Ivy are practising cheerleading Ivy gets a deep cut from a thorn bush. It heals and she tells Olivia she is a vampire.
-Friday: Olivia (disguised as Ivy) goes to another ball planning meeting but gets overwhelmed because she knows they’re all vampires. Runs out and ends up confessing to Sophia that she isn’t Ivy and that her and Ivy are twins and that she knows about vampires.
Two weeks pass.
-Friday: All Hallows Ball, Ivy and Brendan go together.
-Saturday: Olivia’s cheer leading tryouts and she makes the team!
FANGTASTIC (MSTV#2)
First Appearance of Serena Star.

-Sunday: Garrick Stephens emerges from dead man Mr. Koontz's coffin during his funeral.
-Monday: Serena Star comes to Franklin Grove and interviews Garrick. Olivia and Camilla start their project to make a mini documentary.
-Tuesday: Toby Decker becomes Serena's assistant. Ivy and Olivia decide to start looking for their biological parents.
-Wednesday: Serena interviews a dentist about fake vampire fangs and mentions Ivy's name on TV. Ivy unsuccessfully looks for information on her birth parents at the adoption agency. Brendan finds out Ivy and Olivia are twins. Serena sees Ivy jump to the second floor of her house in one leap.
-Thursday: The Beasts attempt to bite Charlotte Brown. Serena Star interviews Ivy, trying to reveal her as a vampire, then leaves Franklin Grove having failed to do so.
-Friday: Camilla and Toby find out Ivy and Olivia are twins.
REVAMPED (MSTV #3)
First Appearance of Marc Daniels, Georgia Huntingdon, Bethany Daniels, Mrs Daniels, Valencia Deborg, Mr Boros and Frankie (ASHH security guard).

Tuesday: Olivia and Ivy tell their parents (separately) they have a twin. Ivy meets Olivia's parents.
Wednesday: Toby releases article in school newspaper about Ivy & Olivia being long-lost twins. Ivy & Olivia find matching mark of an eye with a V on it on their rings. They research this and their biological parents on the Vorld Vide Veb. (It later transpires that it's the Lazar family insignia).
Thursday: Mr Vega tells Ivy he has accepted a job in Europe that starts in 3 weeks.
Friday: Ivy tells Olivia, Sophia and Brendan that she is moving to Europe. Ivy meets Brendan's dad.
Saturday: Ivy goes shopping with Mrs Abbott. Later, Georgia Huntingdon does a photo shoot of the twins for VAMP magazine, and Sophia acts as assistant photographer.
Sunday: Ivy and Olivia have lunch at Brendan's house. His family finds out Olivia knows the Blood Secret. Mr Daniels tells them about Karl Lazar and how he broke the First and Second Laws of the Night.
Monday: Ivy and Olivia have tests done on them at V-Gen (a vampire pharmaceutical company), to discover how vampire/human twins might be possible. They then break into the ASHH offices and discover a file on Karl Lazar and his wife Susannah Kendall. Olivia realises that Karl and Susannah are their parents.
Wednesday: Ivy & Olivia's VAMP magazine issue is released. Ivy & Olivia find an article online about their birth mother's death which includes a photo of her. Mr Vega tells Ivy & Olivia that The Vampire Round Table require Olivia to take part in a series of tests to see whether she is worthy of knowing the blood secret.
Friday: Olivia passes the first test of her initiation: the Test of Darkness.
Saturday: Olivia passes the Test of Faith and the Test of Blood.
Sunday: Ivy & Olivia find a picture of their biological parents on their wedding day in Charles's study. They realise he is Karl, their biological dad.
VAMPALICIOUS (MSTV #4)
First Appearance of Miss Everling, Alice Bantam, Walter Grosvenor and Brian Warchuck.
~Day after Revamped~
Monday: Ivy and Olivia tell Sophia and Camilla that Charles is their biological father. The four of them make a presentation to convince him not to move to Europe but it doesn't work.
Tuesday: Ivy, Olivia, Sophia, Camilla and Brendan have a second emergency meeting about Ivy & her dad moving away. They decide to try and set him up with someone and later choose Alice, a waitress at the Meat and Greet.
Wednesday: Alice comes for dinner and Mr Vega sees through Ivy & Olivia's scheme to set him up with her.
Thursday: Ivy (disguised as Olivia) goes to see Wicked! in theatre with Mrs Abbott and overhears Walter Grosvenor, the curator of the Franklin Grove Art Museum, talking about a permanent installation on the history of Franklin Grove that needs a designer and permanent curator. Olivia (disguised as Ivy) hangs out at Ivy's house with Mr Vega. Ivy forges an email from her dad to Mr Grosvenor.
Friday: Olivia (disguised as Ivy) helps Mr Vega decorate the Christmas tree. Ivy (disguised as Olivia) babysits Casey and Stacey and they put on a play for the parents.
Saturday: Ivy, Olivia and Brendan visit the museum to tell Mr Grosvenor that Mr Vega is planning to move to Europe. Mr Grosvenor phones Mr Vega and offers him the job but he turns it down. Sophia and Camilla throw a surprise going away party for Ivy at the bowling alley.
Sunday: Operation FANGED spend the day planning and preparing a going away party for Mr Vega. Olivia finds Mr Vega's diary from the year Ivy & Olivia were born. Ivy & Olivia tell Mr Vega that they know he's their dad. Mr Daniels tells Olivia, Ivy and Mr Vega that it was simply natural, human complications that killed Susannah in labour - not giving birth to a vampire. Mr Vega tells Mr & Mrs Abbott that he's Olivia's biological dad but they're still her parents.
Monday (Christmas Eve): Ivy and Mr Vega are not moving to Europe! Ivy, Olivia, Sophia and Brendan ride the holiday bat.
TAKE TWO (MSTV #5)
First appearance of Jerome the bodyguard, Jackson Caulfield, Lillian Margolis, Spencer the make-up artist, Jessica Phelps and Philippe the director.
~A couple of days / a week after the events of Vampalicious~
First day: Twins spend the morning at Mister Smoothie with Charles, who tells them he is leaving today for a business trip. Later, they discover that the Meat and Greet is closed while a movie shoot is in town. The star of the movie is Jackson Caulfield, who pays particular attention to Olivia. She gets tongue tied and is embarrassed about the encounter. Olivia and Ivy say goodbye to Charles, then have a sleepover at Olivia's house.
Next day: Jackson gives Olivia a tour of the set and they have lunch together, while Ivy and Sophia take on roles as extras. Ivy starts to suspect Jackson of being a vampire. The filming starts, but Jessica Phelps, Jackson's co-star, gets frustrated almost immediately and quits the movie.
Next day: Auditions are held for a replacement for Jessica. Olivia makes it to the reading, and despite Charlotte trying to sabotage her, nails it. Afterwards, Jackson asks her out. Ivy tells Olivia she thinks Jackson is a vampire, and Olivia decides she will break off their relationship tomorrow.
Next day: Jessica returns to the movie and Ivy learns she was the vampire, not Jackson. She rushes to tell Olivia just before Olivia accidentally reveals the Blood Secret to him. That evening, Ivy and Charles have dinner with the Abbotts. Jackson tells Olivia she got a supporting role in the movie, and asks her parents permission to take her to the movies. Just when thinking all is well, Ivy learns her father was away in Los Angeles, not Dallas like he said...
