Removed "a novel" from the title; that edition was already combined.The Norwegian editions of The Golden Notebook are published in two parts.
Books that are published in multiple parts should not be combined with the same book in one volume.
I'm separating the Norwegian part 1 and part 2 from the complete editions and will combine both editions that contain part 1.
