Following various feedbacks from readers, the book has been revised and the typos and "wrong words" ("she", "he" in particular) have been fixed. Thank you guys!! :D
The cover of the printed version has been fixed as well and hopefully it will be OK in the next days. For the ones who do not know, the printed cover had an issue with the centering of the image, which was shifted upward-leftward. It was hard to correct the pdf (the cover must be on pdf :| ), so I simply put the "Revised edition" bar on the right side, hoping this will align the cover properly! :)
