Favourite characters: there are so many, Aunt Betsey Trotwood, Tom Pinch, Dick Swiveler, the doll's dressmaker, old Mr Riah, Kit Nubbles, Newman Noggs, the Cheerybles...
For his name (and that alone) though, it would have to be Mr Chocumchild
9/10-missed Skimpole.I'd have to go with Aunt Betsey Trotwood as my favourite character-stern, eccentric, smart and with a heart of gold.
9/10 Missed Madeline Bray, didn't recognize the name so assumed it was from Edwin Drood which is the only Dickens I haven't read.
I got 10/10. I love Sairey Gamp and her sidekick, Mrs. Harris.
8/10. my favourite is Wemmick from Great expectations, and the Aged P.

I realise but do read it- it is a very enjoyable read and the bits you want to avoid come only later on in the book.

Quiz - 7/10 - Not too bad considering I haven't finished reading all his books :)My favorite character has got to be Lady Dedlock from Bleak House - her story has so many layers.
I got 8 out of 10. My favorite character is Pip. I read Great Expectations when I was a teen and I identified with Pip and his story. I felt myself along side him in his experiences.
