Barnes & Noble Nook discussion

Hopefully this will save you all some trouble if you get a settlement email.

I got an email concerning a nook settlement credit for $15.43 this morning. I bought a nook book and then was surprised to find out that there was no credit on it. The email said that it would be automatically charged.

So I called support and they said this was an error from a settlement credit last year and should not have gone out. Management is aware and the problem has been escalated.

After I complained a little they said they would refund the money and take the book back. I said I would keep it because it was a book I had been wanting but I will check with them first if I ever get another email to see if it's bogus first.
