Cinder (read 3/16/2015)- 4 stars. Intriguing premise, great characters, and a really cool retelling that was unfortunately plagued by predictability.
The Hunt (read 3/28/2015)- 4 stars. The Hunt had lots of suspense, admirable lead characters, and kept me scared and nervous.

This was a pretty cute historical fiction. I did guess the "twist" pretty early on, as I'm sure almost anyone would. But I enjoyed the read!

This was a cute read! I loved the characters in this one. My only big gripe was the very abrupt ending, a few pages more would have been nice!

am having a slow reading month, but enjoying norse code atm.

Finished and gave it 3 stars. It didn't have the best mc but it was a cute love story

I finished my first 2 books, and

I listened to Fahrenheit 451 on audio and would switch to the print here and there. I think it was ahead of its time when it was originally published, but it didn't knock my socks off. I guess they're making a movie now so maybe I'll change my mind once I see what they do with it. I'm so glad I've finally read it though because I don't know how many times I've picked it up and put it back down. :) Now I know! I ended up rating it 3 stars. It was decent and kept my interest!

And then there's Strange the Dreamer which absolutely knocked my socks off and then some! I almost have no words as to how this book affected me. The two MCs are in my top favorite characters of all time. And this book will be my favorite read of 2017. I just don't see that it can be topped. 5,000 stars!!

FINALLY finished ! Read from May 26-June 13. I think that says something in itself because it never takes me that long to read a book but I kept picking it up and putting it down. I liked the idea but was slightly let down in the execution. The fact that it took until page 200 for the action to really get going also wasn't helpful. Not a bad book, just didn't hook me like I expected. I own this one though (but I think it's going to the used bookstore) as well as the other 3 so I guess I'm sticking with the series. 2.5 stars overall.

(I read after this about this author behaving badly in several respects and now I'm not sure what to do! I have 4 more books by him I haven't read so I guess he's already got his money but dang.)

Finished today (read from June 14-17) and it got a strong 4 stars from me. Very intrigued to see where the rest of this series goes!

Started last night and finished it today. Good quick read. I gave it 4 stars. Not sure how she built a sequel off of it because it was good as a stand alone but I guess we'll see!

I'm really liking The Last Girl so far!

Just finished . It was a decent post-apocalytic read about a world where there are no more females being born. Zoey is one of only a handful of young women left and are at a government facility which is trying to cure this anomaly. I gave it 4 stars. :)

Great pick, Sarah! This one has been on my TBR forever and I do want to continue the series now.

I did! I have the other 2 so I'll have to get to them! Glad to hear you liked the last girl too. I guess I'll have to bump it up my TBR list!

Embarissingly I havent read many of the books from the list.. because life. but will try to read them over the summer. soonish.
