Jade Diamond (jadediamond) Our BOTM for May is Everything, Everything by Nicola Yoon.

description

My disease is as rare as it is famous. Basically, I’m allergic to the world. I don’t leave my house, have not left my house in seventeen years. The only people I ever see are my mom and my nurse, Carla.

But then one day, a moving truck arrives next door. I look out my window, and I see him. He’s tall, lean and wearing all black—black T-shirt, black jeans, black sneakers, and a black knit cap that covers his hair completely. He catches me looking and stares at me. I stare right back. His name is Olly.

Maybe we can’t predict the future, but we can predict some things. For example, I am certainly going to fall in love with Olly. It’s almost certainly going to be a disaster.

Kikijanika I read this last month. I think it was ok but not amazing. I found the story quite unrealistic and I didn't like the plot twist in the end. But this was a quick and easy read.

Farren (mmmcookies) I never really enjoy contemporary that much, but I this is the only one I've rated 5 stars. I don't know why, since I'm not really into romance lol
My only issue was how predictable the plot twist was. I have been (not so) patiently waiting for this movie over the last couple years and I'm glad it's finally here this month =)

Kristina (kristinabrecko) I'm really happy we're reading this because I've read this one a couple of months ago and would love to hear other opinions.
I enjoyed it very much and the plot twist was awesome (I had no idea about it because I headed into the book without any idea what it is about). And both main characters were very likable. Otherwise, a very fun and not complicated read.

Sara Jesus (scjesus) | 90 comments I am start reading today. It´s seams a great story.
