(view spoiler)[I'm not sure how I feel about the main character. I am however intrigued by who Jack really is. Although, I'm sure he won't be as special as he is being made out to be. (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[I'm glad that we finally found out about Jack's family. I was glad to see that Bex's mom likes him too. Hopefully everything will work out for them in the end. (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[I'm glad that we now know the truth about his sister and mother. I wonder if her mother has in fact been lying about her dad. If so that's pretty messed. (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[It made me mad how her mother was upset about her sneaking out. Yet it seems she wasn't as upset with her brother for the things he did in the past. I also didn't like how her mother lied to her about her dad. If they hadn't been together in the end I would have disliked this book. (hide spoiler)]

Okay, is there some deeper meaning to his fainting? Because he doesn't seem the type to suddenly faint at the site of a drawing - even if the drawing IS of a cadaver.

I think that drawing Jillian is an incredible idea. It's more personal, and it means more to her than just an art contest. Ideally the passion in the drawing should show through even better and I can't wait to see how people react to it c:
