You may come across a word that you can't pair another word to. In that case, you are allowed to hit reply to the previous member's post to quote what they wrote and under the quote write stuck and then add your new two words.
Example: If Form couldn't be paired with another word: You would do this:
"Member B wrote: Release Form"

You are allowed to add or drop an (s, ed, ly, ing) to the previous member's last word to pair it to your word.
Example:
Member A: Last Call
Member B: Calling Home
