Short Story Connect discussion

This is less game - though it can get pretty silly - and more cooperative storytelling. Each person adds three words to the current story.

Example:

Person 1: There once was

Person 2: a fat cat

Person 3: who sat on

etc.

((I'll start.))

My name? Unimportant.

The real question

is whether you

know his name.

He scared the

struggling rap artist

while picking up

the beat. However,

I didn't know

his child was

the captain of

that big airship.

That's why he

was afraid of

me. When I

first met him

he was a

pimple-faced dreamer who

didn't have two

cups of coffee

before he would

event start to

sing show tunes.

We lost touch

ten years ago, (or .)

so I thought.

But now he

is always around,

everywhere I go,

even when I

think I'm alone.

I tell him,

that someday he

will leave and

never return but

it's all in

my mind. If

he wants my

support at all

he needs to

be less afraid

of me. It

makes me crazy

whenever he stops

nibbling my earlobes.

rubbing my shoulders.

He's scared of

everything that I

hold most dear.
