Thank you very much Codex. It all looks good except for the fact that one of the contributors, Pawan Mishra, got deleted. The book/theme is his concept and he invented all the characters. Is there a way to have him added under "characters by", or "concept by" or "idea by"?

Yes, Pawan Mishra was removed because Goodreads does not include concept contributors as authors, per se. However, I’ve appended this contribution to the book description.
