Dangerous Hero Addict Support Group discussion

I just watched a movie with a character who does some awful things and is honestly a bad guy, but I felt so bad for him and I admit I loved him anyway despite his weakness. It brings me to the question.

This thread is to discuss heroes you know you should hate but don't.

List some of those heroes and tell us why you should hate them but why you don't.

Tack in Motorcycle Man was the first hero that came to mind. Just did a 4th reread of this book and though he breaks about every rule of my strict hero code of conduct, even while I'm reading, I think to myself "I REALLY should NOT like this guy!!!"...but I LOVE his character anyway! I think a big reason is the heroine brings him to his knees and senses, folks. She's feisty and sassy and let's him know what a jerk he is. He realizes he almost lost out on the best thing that ever walked into his life...the heroine.
