Valeri Beatrix (vbeatrix) | 4 comments Hi everyone!

If you're in need of a quality edit without busting your budget, contact me today! For a limited time, I'm offering editing services for $99. The only stipulation is that your manuscript be no greater than 100k words.

The edit includes a proofread for grammar, punctuation, spelling, and word choice. I'll also review plot structure, characterization, and suggest augmentations for sentence structure and transitions.

I have five spots left for the month of August so please let me know if you're interested.
Email me today at valeribeatrix@gmail.com, or
Submit a request at https://valeribeatrix.com/writing-coa...

Be sure to include "Goodreads" in the subject!

Thanks and I look forward to working with you!
Valeri

George Verongos (georgeverongos) | 4 comments $99 for 100,000 words?
How long does it take you?
How many passes?
Do you proofread after the edit?
DO you do unlimited updates if something changes on my end?
Do you help to promote the book after it is edited?
Do you know ANYTHING about publishing?
How are you able to offer PROFESSIONAL services for like $1.00 per hour?
Where did you go to school?
What is your background?
Do you do substantive editing, line-by-line, developmental etc.?
Do you know what a split-infinitive is?
Do you know what a dangling participle is?
How many published books have you edited?
If the old adage "You get what you pay for" is true, then why choose you as my editor?
What if I don't like your work, what happens then?
What if I know more about grammar and writing than you do?

Valeri Beatrix (vbeatrix) | 4 comments Hi George!

Sorry for the late response. I'm not on Goodreads as often as I'd like to be, which is why I posted a contact link.

It's clear from your questions that you're skeptical about the skills I have :) After all, editing is a tedious process and no one worth their salt would do it for that price, right?

$99 definitely sounds too good to be true, but for me it's a way to meet and build relationships with new clients. I'd love to answer your questions and chat with you in a more personal environment, if you're interested.

My email is valeribeatrix@gmail.com
I look forward to hearing from you :)
