What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I can't remember the name of the book but it has to do with a guy living on a ranch with his parents. His potential girlfriend comes to the ranch to help out and of course they fall in love. What she doesn't know is that he ends up owning half the ranch and he is building a dream house on the property for them to live in. I believe they have some issues but eventually do end up getting married and living in the house. I am pretty sure she ends up getting bit by a scorpion at some point when she thinks it was a spider and he has to take her to the hospital. And I believe she does end up getting pregnant. Help!!! Possibly young Adult fiction
