That's a great point! I'm adding it to my summer reading list. Thank you so much for reading for #Pages4Progress!
Ohh definitely let us know how that book is! Have you watched the series? I wonder how similar they are.
I'm reading White Teeth by Zadie Smith. It's good, but her first novel - I read her On Beauty first and it was gorgeously written. Highly recommend.

Just finished The Truth is a cave in the Black Mountains, by Neil Gaiman. Interesting, with paintings on every page. Based on a Scottish legend.
Recommendations:
Quirky humor--read The Rosie Project.

So far this week I have read

All good reads!
And since I read almost all the time, then I'm happy that I'm contributing to this :)
This is such a great thing to do!
and Erin, I absolutely LOVED Styxx! What did you think of it?

I've already read 90 books this year,so I really wish I'd known about this project sooner!!

2. Таис Афинская by Ivan Yefremov
3. Living statues by Sergej Golovachov
4. Lord of the Flies by William Golding
5. Bel-Ami by Guy de Maupassant

I hope I'm doing this correctly. May I use this post to track my progress as we work towards our goal?
I will also post each time I finish a book--the title, author, date finished, and a star rating.
I'm so excited to be part of the group! Thanks again for the invitation!

Actually, you post your pages here, on the #Pages4Project website: http://worlded.org/pages4progress/
This group is just to recommend books and talk about what everyone engaged in the project is reading.
Thanks for reading and keep up the hard work!

Wow I really wish I had known about this before today! I read all the time and am so happy that I can put it towards something really great :)
This month I am currently reading:
1. The Stand which is over 1100 pages so I am so happy to contribute this one!
2. The Sweetness at the Bottom of the Pie which is quirky and funny, great intro to mysteries for me because I am not really a mystery person
3. Just started Shadowmagic on audiobook this morning, it seems good from what I can tell so far. The audiobook is available free here: http://podiobooks.com/title/shadowmagic/ if anyone is interested :)
4. Death Note: Black Edition, Volume 1 I have seen the anime a couple of times and have been wanting to read the comics for a long time, so far really enjoyable.
I just finished Storm Front on audiobook this morning so I was able to donate 45 pages (I estimated, hope that is ok!).
Finally, before the end of the month I plan to get to:
1. Sea of Shadows
2. Hush, Hush
and hopefully a few more :)

This morning I started Drive Me Wild - Christine Warren (295 pages)
And I've been listening to The Ice Princess - Camilla Läckberg (416 pages but only 83 today)
I don't know if you are allowed to count pages for the whole year though...I think it just started at the beginning of the month.

I'm just getting ready to read it, but I loved Acheron so much, I'm really looking forward to Styxx!
I've also found a new science fiction/fantasy with the cutest gargoyle, [book:Black Wings by Christina Henry. I think the third one is just out. Interesting characters without cheesy, helpless girls!
I read I Capture the Castle when I was young and I loved it, it's still one of my favorites. I hope you enjoy it Annalie :)

Oops I'm actually reading Tongue In Chic today, 389 pages. Runaway is next weeks book.

I'm listening to the audio book and liking it very much.

I have somewhat eclectic tastes.

Next up for me: Care and Management of Lies by Jacqueline Winspear. I love her Maisie Dobbs series.

You're right, Kelsi, you can only log the pages you've read since the campaign started, on June 30th. We're so glad you're reading! Keep up the good work.

You're more than welcome to log pages from audio books! After you finish listening to one, just find out how many pages the print book is and use that as your log amount.

I would honestly say that the show is better than the book because of its amazing dialogue. That said - the book is much more informative about women's prisons, and it presents statistics that make one realize how completely ridiculous it is that we are funding our prison system so much more than education.

Are you a 6th or 7th grade teacher by any chance? I teach middle school, but I didn't know about the 101 Questions and Answers book. Sounds very cool! I don't love the Rick Riordan books, but I know some of my students are hooked.

Not a teacher at all, just a love for Ancient Egypt that leads me to pick up any book I can find on the topic XD There's another 101 on Ancient Egypt by the same author. Investigating Ancient Egypt: Fresh Perspectives on Egyptian Culture in 101 Questions and Answers. I wanna pick up that one at some point as well.

Keep up the good work!

Just finished reading Natchez Burning by Greg Iles. Not an easy read by any stretch but would highly recommend.
Also reading How to Talk So Teens Will Listen and Listen So Teens Will Talk and still ploughing my way through The Goldfinch by Donna Tartt. Loved both of her other books and desperately wanted to like this one but I seem to be in the camp of unimpressed. Someone tell me it gets better?!

I just finished reading, and logging in, the entire Inheritance Cycle by Christopher Paolini ( Eragon; Inheritance; Eldest; Brisingr )!
I'm really fond of YA, so the books I read aren't that long but I do read a lot. My next project is Eon: Dragoneye Reborn and then probably more books about dragons.
