Good Morning Lobstergirl!
Good evening, Leshawn.
Reading a NYT article about a fired Google employee. Thinking about dinner, but not all that hard.

Read something uplifting tonight, Lobstergirl!
That's Doctor Leshawn's prescription! :)

The truth at home is that you have to sift through lots of stuff looking for one gem. Most of it is detritus, no?
Sometimes personal emails can be just as painful because you have to do something after reading them....
I have separate emails for important personal and relative junk. The important email I never give out if it's going to result in spam.

Howdy. We're still here!

It's Sunday afternoon. The answer should be easy. Which place has more refreshments and food?
Have a good time either way!
Right now I'm trying to gear up for the week ahead. Josie starts preschool tomorrow, and since there is a near total eclipse of the sun in KC, we are on a special schedule at my high school. So my lesson plans will be wonky. I need to pack Leah's lunch for tomorrow, and finish doing laundry.
But i just finished reading a really good book and kind of want to continue to lounge around and read a new one.

I was thinking about taking a book to the beach but then it got overcast and it might start raining in 1/2 hour or so. I'm close to finishing my nonfiction book so I'll do it indoors. Making a list of the phone calls I have to make tomorrow and brief notes of what I need to say.
Watching "What Arnold Schwarzenegger's Love Child is Doing Today," on Youtube. Without the sound, though, so I don't completely know what he's doing.

What's the best thing about herons?

Nakiri is fine.
Randomly googling someone I used to work with who was newly married. Both now living in separate states, divorced...he became a model in addition to continuing his original career. Weird!
